I am a 66 year old active woman with 24 lbs to lose
Would 4:3 rather than 5:2 be as scientically sound and accelerate my progress?

Hi, Junebug, and welcome to the Forum.
I’m almost 70 and have been Fasting for 5.5 years. 4:3, being the more aggressive method than 5:2, should work to lose weight faster. My husband lost 45 pounds in 6 months by doing the 5:2. Do you have a deadline or are you simply trying to get the weight down sooner?
