Hi I’m looking for support on my 5.2 fasting . I’ve been searching for apps and groups and found this. I have a fitbit and would love to have 5.2 friends. Just the struggle on my fast days are a struggle. Thanks

Hi stasher and welcome:
The diet days get easier. Especially if you don’t eat carbs and focus on eating high fat/protein foods. Carbs make you hungry, but high fat/protein foods do not.
