  • Hi there,i started on the 5:2 last tuesday.I run 3-4 times a week,as my main job entails sitting behind a steering wheel. My weight 5 yrs ago was 18st 6lb,and with exercise managed to get down to 13st 8lb.However due to eating wrong foods weight crept back up to 15st 6lb :(.Needed something to kickstart weight loss,so trying this regime out.If i understand it,eg,my last full meal was last night (sunday),breakfast consisted of 2 toast, marmalade.Apple for lunch,brussels,cauliflower,2 eggs for dinner,1 satsuma. = 618 cals.Do i start eating “normal” calorie intake in the morning ? which equates to 36hrs fasting. Thanks
