  • Hi I have just started did my first fast day yesterday and was happy with how I went. I thought I was going to be so hungry but amazingly I was OK. I had some rolled oats and strawberries for breakfast and then a miso soup for lunch which was really just miso paste with some hot water then a piece of salmon with cauliflower and brussel sprouts for tea. Had coffee and tea through the day drank plenty of water. I didn’t even feel hungry at all so am pleased. Also have had my cholesterol and fasting glucose done for a baseline to see if I have some changes so here’s hopeing. My cholesterol was 6.4 so there is room for improvement. Good luck to all.

    Am on my second day of fast and it is not as easy today. I keep thinking about food. This is definitely a mental thing. Anyway onward and upward.
