  • Hi all 🙂 I’m new here, so here is a short introduction. I have never been on any kind of diet before! I have always been very petite and could eat anything I wanted, with no weight gain. Then I turned 50, and I swear, I went to bed petite and woke up with a spare tyre around my middle!! So here goes my first diet!

    I’m new too, just found this site so thought why not share the love.
    I’m 3 weeks into my 5/2 diet and so far so good,wk1 lost 3lb wk2 1lb 🙁 Wk3 2lb so I’m quite pleased.
    I did the diet before back in 2012 after watching horizon and find it helpful to watch the program again every now and then to remind me of why I started it in the first place.
    Maybe I’m kidding myself and if so please dont correct me anyone 🙂 but when I get hunger pangs I see it as a good thing because my body is responding and going into repair mode, like I say if this is totally false thats cool I’m happy in my ignorance.
