  • Hiya I am on my first week, I have done my 2 fast days started friday so going well so far I think, yesterday was my second fast day and I really struggled with it I was so hungry, but when I woke up I expected to feel starving and I wasnt. Fingers crossed for friday weigh in day. I dont need to lose a great deal of weight but just need to kick my eating habits back into a sensible plan. Justneed to shuffle my week a bit as I didnt expect to feel as wiped out!
