    Started Friday and did my fast day then and yesterday as knew wasn’t doing anything involving lots of food. I think I’ll probably fast Mondays and Thursdays though. Bit worried about non-fast days like others but very motivated at the moment. Incorporating kettleworx exercises and hoping i’ll do well. I’m sure I’ll be asking questions here.

    Hello and welcome 🙂 a lot of us fast on Mondays and Thursday’s so welcome to the club! Though it is so flexible if you need to change. On non fast days I count calories. I use (as do a lot of people) the MyFitnessPal app – it is so easy to use! I have found this an easy way to lose weight – I have lost 13lbs since 16th August (taking me to a total loss of 3 stone this year). Fast days I split my 500 calories between breakfast and my evening meal. Drinking plenty of water and herbal teas during the day. Good luck – not that you’ll need it! 🙂
