  • Hi All. Started 16/8 fasting about a month ago. Still getting used to it. I keep 16/8 5 to 6 days per week, allowing me a regular day to enjoy meals with family on Sunday. Look forward to learning more.

    Hi and welcome, take time to have a good look around the forum, i do 5 2 and 4 3 because thats what works best for me, the good thing is there is no right or wrong way, plenty of help, advice and encouragement to be found here, keep us posted on how your getting on. x

    I’m intrigued why you are chosing to do the 16/8 instead of the regualr 5:2; then you could have 5 days a week to eat normally?

    Well now he/she has 7 days a week to eat normally, just in a different time window 😛

    I myself do it too, but mostly because I don’t mind the not eating and it makes it a lot easier to stick to my TDEE on normal days.
