    Hi, looking forward to sharing this journey with you all.
    I’m a large lady with disabilities both physically and mentally. Newly prescribed Mirtazapine, has changed my life for the better mentally but physically i’m fighting the weight gain.
    5.2 plan makes sense and i desperately need my own life back.

    We do monthly challenges so we get a chance to reset at the beginning of each month and finish with a flourish.
    It’s called Jingle Jangle July this month. We’ll start again with a new name for August.
    Have a look and see if this group interests you. You’d be very welcome!
