    Hello all -I joined a some time ago but never quite built up momentum. Losing a few pound here and there and then putting them back on, a familiar story I’m sure. Now I’m ready to give it another shot for the New Year. ‘ve got 30 lbs to lose these days, and I hope posting etc will keep up my enthusiasm.
