Just introducing myself, as I’m new to the 5:2 diet and trying the Fast Beach Diet to kick start me into action. Anyone else out there doing Fast Beach Diet? Might be good to share what works and what doesn’t … My first fast day today – so far so good – Fast day 2 tomorrow, and I may even try 4:3 every other week. After 6 weeks of the Fast Beach Diet, I intend to drop onto the normal 5:2 to hopefully carry on losing and reach my target. I’m sincerely hoping that 6 weeks on the slightly stricter programme will bring me some good weight loss and health results to keep me motivated and focused on this as a lifestyle change. Here goes …
