  • Hi everyone, Im new to the fast diet. I started 2 days ago and i havent found it too bad… yet lol. What i miss most is tea as i cannot drink black tea, have tried various herbal teas but i am not keen on them either. So im sticking to water and no cal juice at the moment 🙂

    Hi, welcome! Finding a routine that suits your needs, tastes and life n general really is a trial and error process, it’ll probably work itself out if you play around with feeding times and products a bit 🙂

    Also, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of no cal juice?

    Hello everyone!! I am very new here. I am from Ireland. I really want to loose 1 stone. I joined up today. I would appreciate ALL help in relation to the fasting end of this way of eating as I am finding it very hard to focus or motivate myself. I put this stone on during the last year. I took a year off work (carers leave) to care for my mam who was very ill and has since passed. I am now at a stage where I want to get back to looking after myself but am finding it hard to get there. Please pass on all your starting experiences or foods you ate on your fasting days. Thanks so much xx
