My First few days!

    I’m new. After 5 days ( first day today of fasting), I’m feeling very proud of myself and actually am feeling great. My target is to loose around two stone. I’m enjoying the recipes, the exercise and the whole regime. I’ve never had more willpower than I do right now. Thanks Michael…I’ll keep you posted!

    How are you getting on RudCast?
    I started last week, I have done it before successfully but not for a while. I use MyFitnessPal app to keep a track of calories.
    Where are you getting your recipes from?

    Hello! Thanks for linking up and asking how I am doing. I’m on another fasting day today and can’t wait for my dinner shortly! I’m following the fast diet cookbook. It’s really helpful with some tasty recipes in there. Have you tried it? How are you getting on Strippier?
