  • Hi starting today feet first with a fast. I am nearing my 61st birthday and need to loose weight. I’m 5ft and shy of 13 st, luckily still active with no health worries. I’m hopeless at dieting,I don’t mind exercising but I’m not consistent. Time for change. X

    You have made a good choice with the Fast Diet. My husband had given up on all his previous dieting plans until he tried the 5:2 Fast Diet. It worked for him and it can work for you.

    Slow and steady weight loss is the best way to go. Try walking more: take the stairs; park at the back of the lot; park the car in town and walk from post office to hardware store to grocery store.
