  • Day 12, FD, USA

I didn’t get online over the weekend so lots of news to catch up on.

Wow, @ccco – a chef! I think if I had a chef I’d ask him/her to cook all the most wonderful, indulgent meals and it would not be 5:2 compatible at all!

@mjrbcd44 – hope your gall bladder situation resolves soon. So painful.

Thanks for the link, @Dian123. This, from the article, should be a good reminder to us all! “…daily weight fluctuations are normal. They are not indicators of your success or failure.”

Great dress buy, Saffy420. I cheered!

Hi Anna6. Was your granddaughter a bumble bee, or bubble bee? Wasn’t sure if there was a typo in your post, but I have to say, I have the most gorgeous mental picture of a bubble bee – so cute!

    Day 12 UK FD

First day of this over-full week, and hoping to get thru on a wing and prayer and without resorting to carbs, sugar or caffeine fixes. Some proper self-care instead – sleep, fasting, helpful food, meditation, yoga and as much preparation and going gently as I can manage, changing the things I can change.

A new wrist splint arrived in this morning’s post, trying to keep my joint still and supported while the ligament heals. This one looks a lot more robust and is very supportive and comfortable so I’m hoping it wears well. I’ve got another that is comfortable but slips, two more sent back and another =going to the charity shop – I could pass an exam in wrist splints after the last week’s research!

Also made it to the dentist at midday for emergency appt, got a second course of antibiotics, a follow up appt for treatment after Easter and a back-up plan in case of problems in the meantime – phew. Dentist reckons I should have blood tests for diabetes as I keep getting infections, so back to the GP for that one. All this medical stuff is very time-consuming. But the rest of my teeth were A ok 🙂

Feeling really hungry today so came on here to catch up with posts instead of thinking about food. Got to go into town for an hour’s meeting early evening, my least favourite thing. But the project is one I’ve been driving for ages that’s just got to a new phase, so I need to get a good headspace and capacity for sharing and hearing great ideas.

@mjrbcd44 hope the day at the sea has stayed with you, and the pain goes down really soon

@flourbaby loved your “learning to see yourself as others see you” – wonderful!

@annemarilyn sorry for your loss. If you aren’t able to get to the funeral perhaps you could set aside a special time to mourn and to celebrate your beloved uncle.

@mjrbcd44, thank you for thinking of me; I am a little more emotionally and physically stable now 1.5 months in with my separation. I just put one foot in front of the other day by day; I am enjoying support from friends and family.

Also, @mjrbcd44, I wanted to send my condolences on the loss of your uncle; I’m sure you will continue to have fond memories of him. I’m sure it doesn’t help your gallbladder and pancreas to suffer such a loss, but make sure you take care of yourself.

@lilymartin, welcome back, and don’t worry; we are all here for you as you embark on your 5:2 journey as a seasoned vet, slashing those kgs left and right.

@daffodil2010, happy happy anniversary! @nelly89, your post reminded me of what I tell myself in my head almost daily about 5:2. Well said!

    ccco USA Day 12 NFD

NFD completely uncontrolled!! Woke up completely stressed out and had no way of calming myself End result! Considerable overindulgence!! Wow! I am clam now. I liked it so much when I was younger! When I got into this states of affairs, I would go out and run it off. That worked wonderfully! Alas! I got too old to run and nothing else seems to work, not yoga, not power walking, nothing! 🙁 This means tomorrow will be a total water fast! Need to get back got where I was. I am still waiting for my chef to begin my diet, so I am on my own! 🙁

Penz: Normally, I would do exactly as you said with a chef and go hog wild with yummy meals, but this fella is here to keep me on plan, so I don’t get to choose (and hopefully, not cheat)! 🙂

mjrbcd44: I feel for you with your gallbladder situation! My husband had that! Sometimes I even picked him up at the airport from business trips with him in a wheelchair Ultimately, he had the surgery! He felt so much better after that! I hope you feel better soon! 🙂

    Day 12, Lancaster, USA FD
Yesterday was a controlled NFD about 800 cals. I ate bone broth stew with healthy vegs. and protein…. anxiety got the most of me and i had chocolate and peanut butter before bed. 😜
Today I am making a go of it. Another reason to Fast; I’ve read, Fasting helps get rid of arteriosclerosis. So in the midst of more things, emotional and my fathers heart surgeries. I am not doing as well as i’d like, but i am persevering the best that i can at this time.😊☀️😊.
I love the stability and availability of these wonderful Groups that Coda has been so inspired to start and continue to participate in. Thank- You! @coda!💐🎶☀️💛☀️

✨😊Wishing Everybody Good Luck and Well Wishes Today! ✨☀️💛

    Day 12, UK, FD

My FD is going well, so far just had water and black coffee. Intend to have baked salmon and some veggies and hopefully that would be it for the day.

@okeydokey good to see you back, hope your dad is making a good recovery 🙂

@ccco hope you are calm, just take it as a little blip and continue 🤗

@mjrbcd44, my condolences on the loss of your uncle, may he rest in peace 🌹

Hope everyone is having a great day/evening ❤

    Day 12 USA (Illinois) NFD

Making today as controlled as possible.

@debster251 & @metatauta – how great to have others here who understand wrinkles not needing to be unpuffed too much! And I also still have about a 33″ waist that bugs me. I wonder how much of it is really extra skin though? And thanks so much for your caring concern for me.

Family situation is still fraught with unknowns, so that has added frustration. Thanks to you all for caring about me — @annemarilyn @mjrbcd44 @flourbaby @at — you are just the best.

@lilymartin — I am sure you can get back into the swing of our WOL. You can do it!

@michelinme — wow, wrist splints are that complicated and specialized? I would not have known. But, good for you and your research!

    Onward and downward.

    ccco USA Day 12

My horrendous nonfasting chaotic day has finally calmed down. I feel awful for losing control but from this moment on until tomorrow, I am now on a FD. It will take quite some hours to repair the mess I made. You’re right ShinyThing. It’s a blip and I need to move forward. I wish that chef would hurry up and get his act together!! Anyway, this fast is a water fast. I wish this day wasn’t so cold and about to snow some. I am so in need of Spring and being out there power walking!! If I could have, I would have been right out that calming myself with exercise instead of sitting inside eating chocolate and bagels and pie!! Arrg! What’s the matter with me??? Anyway, I will be trolling the forums today and tomorrow looking for motivation to get my mindset back on track!! Good luck everyone!

Day 12 NFD Las Vegas NV
Well I blew yesterday’s FD And that’s something as I’m allowing myself 700 cal! Went to an afternoon party and ate my 700 then had a nice dinner at home as well, ODing on potato salad again. But I must say I slept like the dead again so I guess carbs later in the day is the magic sleep bullet for me!

I feel great and I’m going to stick with my plan of eating over TDEE today with a good lower body weight workout.

    Day 12, Cornwall UK, FD

I’ve got the flu! Easiest fast day ever, even though I’d rather not be ill. Will miss my lovely yoga tomorrow.

@ccco – i see you’ve fallen off the wagon, but don’t stress too much about one day – i fell off the wagon for 15 years! You’ve lots of commitment so i am confident you will get back on track. Lucky thing to have a chef – stuff of dreams!

Day 12 – SW WA USA – LFD

    Needing this reset LFD.

Thank you for thoughts regarding the passing of my uncle. Facebook is turning out to be a place where we’re writing some comments and sharing memories. Also, there’s another place online that we can leave comments. Hopefully this will be supportive for the family.

@okeydokey – good to see you back on the forum. It was like a family member was missing.

ccco USA Day 12 NFD turned into FD

Starting at 2 pm my NFD turned into a FD but I think I ate enough this morning to last me a month!
    Fasting going well!

cornish-jane: Thank you for the support! Since beginning my fasting this afternoon, I am feeling better. No food! Just water! I am amazed and glad you returned after 15 years! I love the 5:2 plan and am committed. I just can’t let non food problems get to me! Together we are strong! 🙂 I needed that chef! I am not a very good cook. 🙁 I love reading about all the foods everyone is posting online, even when sometimes I am not quite sure what they are! LOL My mother never let me cook and I wasn’t allowed in the kitchen. Consequently, I married having no clue.Fortunately, I allowed both my son and daughter in the kitchen and they love to cook and bake. My son is even married to a nutritionist! I am glad I could incorporate the chef into this 5:2 plan. Have a great evening, everyone!

    Day 13 Gold Coast CD

A great LFD yesterday, and have removed the gains from my Sunday binge. So today planning a strict CD.

    Day 13 – Japan – NFD 82.9kg

While I’m heavier but also stronger and it seems a bit trimer by the way pants are fitting. I think my upper body bulked up a bit as I was eating too well and hitting the gym pretty hard. I’m thinking more and more that mixing up the diet has a lot of benefits too. That isn’t to reduce fasting which is awesome for the body.

Some people like diverdog and Peguin have been doing the 4 to 5 day water fasts. Maybe I should be doing few 36 hour fast, like maybe one a week but also do a few of the 4 day fasts a year. Just thinking about it.

A lot of posts I haven’t read yet! Sorry about that but the internet in China isn’t something positive.

Day 13, Guildford UK, Feast day

    Day 12 NFD Oregon USA

First things first…I think some have blended my friend @annemarilyn and my posts. Perhaps because we live in the same neck of the woods? I haven’t lost an uncle– that is @annemarilyn (and my condolences and hugs to you)

Thank you all for your positive thoughts on my gallbladder. This time my pancreas has been involved too and more and more signals that I have some life choices to make regarding my food and alcohol. For now am still really hoping to avoid surgery but also know I need to quit living in denial about what my body needs from me and just do it!

The Oregon coast was truly epic for the last 36 hours. How blessed I am to drive just 90 minutes or so to behold such beauty and raw power. I surely hope that all of our forum family has been able to stand on the ocean shore at some point. And if you ever make it to Oregon, our coast line is a must see!

Will be fasting tomorrow and Thursday. Hopefully it helps my digestive system.

Haven’t had a full chance to catch up on posts but wanted to set the record straight about @annemarilyn‘s loss.

“Old ways won’t open new doors.”

    Day 12 – USA – FD

My NFD turned into a FD, woo hoo! And I apologize, @annemarilyn, for mixing up the condolences. Sorry, @mjrbcd44!

mjrbcd44: I saw your post and wanted to say I saw your beautiful coast. It is powerful! My son got married on the coast at the Haceta Lighthouse. What a wonderful place! We enjoyed watching the whales when they came near the shore each morning! Also, Oregon is very blest with trees! I don’t think I ever saw so many in my life!! 🙂

    Day 12 NSW Australia FD
    Day 13 NFD
    Hi everyone.
    Just checking in.
Enjoy whatever you are doing and bye for now!

    Day 13 – Ireland 🇮🇪 – FD
    2nd B2B

Nice whoosh and now teetering on the edge of that plateau and it’s only Tuesday with 2FD’s and a CD to go until the weekend. Will I do it? I sure plan to 👍

The difference this weekend from car-crash others was :
    NO Guinness (or beer)
    NO crisps
NO white carbs – bread, rice, pasta
Taking note of what I was eating and how it makes me feel

There was wine, there was a restaurant meal, there were a few chocolates with my step-family….I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and the price was not too high.

I am in experimentation mode now. On Saturday DH got a bag of beef bones from our local butcher (the best in Co Meath we reckon) and I made a bone broth. Ok, I have to admit, first time around making it, and it’s quite an EWWW process. Also, I didnt realise what it would look like after it had cooled down and in the fridge. A bit icky.

However, a quick heat of a cup in the microwave and it makes a nice broth. I had put some parsnip into the broth when simmering, I did not have carrots, but I don’t really like parsnip either……..won’t do that again as now parsnip is repeating. Maybe it’s one of my trigger foods?

Does anybody else make bone broth and how do you find it?

One other point to note – I often update the tracker on this site, and today I had a good look at the chart. It’s inspirational to see where I was versus where I am now, so near to the goal weight line. And great to see my waist measurement following the trend. You can see where I have been on holiday, (the spike after Peru is high) but also where it has been lost afterwards.

So much more visually satisfying than looking at a weighing scale.

    Day 13, UK, FD

I think spring has really arrived!
@ dykask – welcome back and sorry to hear about your wife’s health issues. I hope she’s able to find the cause.
    Sorry for your loss @annemarilyn
@mjrbcd44 – wishing you speedy healing.
@okeydokey – good to see you and wishing your father good luck in his surgery
@songbirdme – as long as our wrinkles are happy ones!
@ccco – just climb back on that wagon. We’ve got your back!
@cornish-jane hope you feel better soon
@daffodil2010 – I’m not so fond of beef broth, but when we have a roast chicken, which is quite often, I put the bones, bay leaf, peppercorns and a carrot into the slow cooker and cook for the day. I have a pressure cooker too, but I find there is less smell with the slow cooker. I then make a variety of soups. Delicious! Have you got your kefir yet?

Off to Pilates now and then the garden is calling to be my vitamin D quota!

    Have a good day everyone.

    Day 13……Florida……. FD

Let’s just say, I butchered my FD up yesterday, so, I’m going in for another one today. I honestly think it happened because I was so darn tired, but I slept well last night and I’m feeling much better.

My OS he’s 21, going to be 22 in a few short weeks bought himself a new fancy cell phone. He gifted me his old one which happens to be a few more years newer than mine. He also gifted me a new case for it as well.
So, as I was trying to figure out the new fangledness (is that even a word?), I discovered a health app on it. It tracks calories, water intake as well as your movement. I actually need to look at it more when I get time but I’m seriously considering giving it a go.
Now, that the time change has happen and it’s staying light for longer in the evenings, I was contemplating walking in the evenings…….
My girls trip, is approaching fast and I’d like to be 3lbs lighter!

    Well……I’m off to work

When someone yells stop, I Don’t know if it’s in the name of Love, it’s hammer time or I should collaborate and listen.

So, this week I am going to do something a bit different. Inspiration taken from the Longevity Diet book by Dr Longo, plus throwing in a bit of elimination diet to see if I can get rid of constant headaches/migraines/sinusitis.

    TODAY – FD
WED – CD @ 800 cals (low protein and no yeast or gluten)
THU – CD @ 1000 cals (low protein and no yeast or gluten)
FRI – CD @ 800 cals (low protein and no yeast or gluten)

I’ve been GF for about 3 weeks now and I’ve pretty much stopped with the sore throats, but still plagued by headaches and brain fog. So let’s see how I feel at the end of 4 days…

    Happy fasting everyone!

    Day 13, Amsterdam FD

Had to swap out yesterday’s FD for today. Feeling much better now though! Am preparing mentally for our ski trip starting Friday night when we drive down overnight (13 hours). I’ll try and do some 18:6 days but I’ll need to see how I go with skiing in the morning on an empty stomach! Excited beyond belief though.

    Day 13 Wales FD

And day 3 of the Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD). So glad that I have 8 months of basic 5:2 under my belt before doing FMD. Last night I felt hungry and so, so cold and tired I might have given up if I didn’t now Know that it would pass……so I went to bed telling myself that I would feel better in the morning……and I do! I’ve read some online bloggs of people who have done FMD and most people report feeling good by day 4 so I’ll just keep on keeping on. Lucky thing I like leafy green veggies!!!!! I’m looking forward to some avocado and a few walnuts for lunch.

Beautiful spring day here in Wales. Have a good day everyone.

    Day 13 London UK CD

@daffodil2010 – I started making bone broth when I started on this forum in October, and I’m the worlds least enthusiastic chef. I use a free range, organic chicken, and do as @debster251 does. I add bay leaves, pepper, carrot and maybe an onion, and slowly simmer on the hob for around 12 hours, adding more water as and when. Then I freeze in little containers – I get about six or seven pots and they last for about three weeks. I add a bit of double cream and some peas to mine when I defrost to make it a bit more interesting. Never tried beef broth, although I’ve had beef marrow on toast and I loved it!!
Have a good day all. H

    Day 13 USA (Illinois) CD

Making today as controlled as possible. Yesterday was good at more than 500 calories under TDEE. Yeah for me! Other than not sleeping well, awake too early with too many thoughts and plans on my mind.

My busy life has added a call in for jury duty this morning. Attorney friends tell me it is for a murder trial. Normally I would fully enjoy being a part of something like this, not this season. I have far too much going on and a trip leaving next week to be with granddaughters for their birthdays. Our Choral Society concert is this Sunday, too, with extra rehearsals still going on. The grant I am writing for our Children’s Museum is nearly done – deadline is March 16. Whew!

@bert1802 – hope you enjoy your “new” cell phone and can learn all the trappings! My Samsung Galaxy S7 has a feature where the camera takes my heart rate. It’s been fun using that at very slow and very active times. My Fitness Pal is my go-to app for counting calories.

@catch87 – where are you going to ski? Hope it is a wonderful trip! Skiing on an empty stomach might be quite interesting.

@cornish-jane — getting the flu is no fun! Yes, it may well keep you from eating, but no one would wish that on you.

    Onward and downward.

Day 13 North Canton OH FD

    Day 13, Leeds, UK, NFD
March is back on track after two FD’s in the last 4 days. Hoping to have two more by Sunday. Strict FD’s does help in cutting down weight. Good luck everyone

Day 13 Stevensville Maryland USA LFD

@daffodil2010 I make both beef and chicken bone broth every weekend. I add onion, carrots, celery and garlic along with juniper berry, salt and pepper. I put mine in a slower cooker for 24 to 48 hours on low added water as needed. Once cooled in the frig I skim off the fat and freeze. I drink it every day.

Doing a LFD today as the past two nights with friends left me feeling the bloat, over indulgence in food and alcohol. Cheated myself today and stepped on the scale and to my surprise no weight gain.

Goal for the week is to lose 1lb and stay off the scale until Friday.

I might not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday. Have a great day/night everyone and thank you for all of the postings they really keep me stronger.

    Day 13 UK. FD

Had to swap things around, yesterday was miserable weather wise so we went to the cinema to see “3 billboards” . As we all know it is compulsory to have snacks at the cinema. Anyway. Today looks like a lovely day so it’s apple for lunch and chicken stir fry for tea. Not sure about tomorrow, would normally be my 2nd FD as I like to go to yoga after work, then eat something light like soup. One of my unplanned b2bs might be on the cards.

Thanks to everyone for their lovely comments about my post from a couple of days ago. That was completely unexpected. There are so many of us that seem to have struggled since January, It was a reminder of how far we’ve all come.
@daffodil2010 I’ve never made bone broth, it reminds me of concoctions my mum used to make when we were children. Most of them unpalatable.

    Happy Tuesday everyone.

Day 13, London, UK, FD (1st of B2B2B)

The weekend can only be described as heavy as was yesterdays’ NFD, I really struggle to fast when I’m at home, but I must persevere as I REFUSE to give up on being part-time!!!!

The scales haven’t been so unkind, and rather than throw in the towel (Jan & Feb) and have breakfast, biscuits, wine and cake like they’re going out of fashion……………….. I’m resetting and feeling positive about it, I figure I’ll despatch 1-2lbs this week providing I up my water intake so I slosh as I walk!!!

@nelly89, I admit, I’m a daily weigher and a calorie counter simply because I have to know what’s working and what isn’t and sticking to my goal weight TDEE means, when I get there (and I will!!) It’ll be so ingrained in my subconscious that I won’t have the guesstimating/overeating problems that got me here in the 1st place, I’m looking forward to joining the maintainers doing 6:1 as I don’t expect 5:2 or 4:3 to be permanent, certainly I’ll be adding a FD here and there after the siren call of Baileys, wine, or cake gets me again (and it will!!!!) but even after 16 months of 5:2, I’m learning every day and I’m not adverse to a little bit (ok, a lot!!) of self-sabotage!!!!! Nothing obsessive, but I KNOW I can fool myself into thinking that 2nd, 3rd or 4th slice of cake is having NO effect on my fasting successes ………….. hence, calorie counting, daily weighing and planning, planning, planning!!!!! Congratulations on finding a system which works and suits you so well, I think 80% of this is re-training the brain too, I’m getting there ….. slowly!!!

Keep the faith people, I hope this 2nd half of March proves successful to ALL of us!!!

    Day 13, NFD, US

I stayed strong on yesterday’s FD, even though my evil brain was tempting me with all sorts of suggestions. Love the feeling after a FD!

Disappointed that the even more evil scales were not on my side this morning. .5 kg up from last week which I hope is just “fake news”.

    Day 13, Norway, NFD

Had a successful FD yesterday, finally! Seems like forever since I actually had a proper 36 h fast where I did not sabotage myself in the evening. Motivation has been down lately, but I keep on having two something between FD and CD at least.

This weekend I went on a cabin trip with friends, including road trip to and from (10-12 h one way). That was really really unhealthy, from start to ending. Unhealthy food, lots and lots and a bit more alcohol and snacks …..but after my FD yesterday, my weight was back to 85.9, which I am happy with since I have been a bad faster the last couple of weeks.

Now it is one and a half week until Easter (here in Norway, a lot of people start the Easter Holiday the weekend before everywhere else), then I will have a week “off” the fasting, just enjoying the holiday with family and friends. But before that I plan on having 3 good and controlled FDs!

    Have a good day everyone!

Day 12 FD; Day 13 NFD Australia

All is well. Weight so far is slowly coming off which I am happy with anything coming off. It better not bounce tomorrow! I hate it when something seems like it is working and then bounces ridiculously back to the start. Hoping to see it in my clothes soon. Looking forward to being able to fit back into my winter clothes! Thought it would affect my energy and thinking more than it has, but so far, so good. Have a luncheon on this weekend – hoping that there are some options available.

    Time for bed soon!

    Day 13, Surrey (UK), NFD
    Day 12 – FD
    Day 11 – NFD

@penz, I like your description of your evil scales giving you ‘fake news’! Ha ha!

@flourbaby, I think you are spot on with your comment “80% of this is re-training the brain”. I agree 100%!

Well, maybe my scales give me fake news, too. Or maybe not, depending on how I read them? The sudden 3lb weight gain after Saturday’s Chinese dinner has now whooshed out – 1.5lb a day over 2 days! Fascinating! There was an article in the paper today about the high salt content of Chinese food, which may explain a lot. I think the gain is also partly explained by erratic bowel movements (sorry for TMI). That’s one reason why I don’t feel ready yet to try longer-term fasting, or even a B2B. My guts might go to sleep and never wake up again!

Second post (day 13, Hampshire UK, FD)

    @catch87 – I have skied doing 16:8!

I was quite worried about skiing on an empty stomach as it was super-cold when I was doing it and I’m a full-on skier – no hanging around!!

However, I actually made it through to 14:00 quite happily and wasn’t overwhelmed with hunger at all.

Saying that, you might find that you lose weight when you’re skiing anyway?
I find the cold combined with 9-5 exercise burns through more calories than I can actually eat and drink, hooray!! 🙂

    Day 13 – Iceland – FD

Didn’t manage to stay under 500 kcal yesterday, so will give it another go today. Just got two cookbooks by Meera Sodha after having great success with a few of her recipes I found online (she has a website with recipes and also writes for the Guardian). I looove Indian cuisine and luckily it fits perfectly to this WOL, so I will be cooking a low-calorie dal tonight. I find it so important to have flavoursome food on fasting days, bland food is enemy of my fasting…

@penz – LOL on the “fake news”! My scales are also guilty of this!

Day 13, Rocky Mountains, US, FD

FD did not work out yesterday. So planning one for today.

@annemarilyn: So sorry for your loss!😢🥀
@mjrbcd44: Hope you are feeling better soon!⚘
    @songbirdme: Sending you a hug!🌻

Have a good Tuesday everyone! 💐

    Day 13 – USA – NFD
@jemima Puddleduck, you sound methodical and determined! Keep it up; in my opinion, slow and steady wins the race! @flourbaby, I’m with you regarding planning; without it, a FD falls by the wayside. @penz, lol on “fake news” scale; I may rename mine after calling her Cruella for the past 13 months. @cornish-jane, feel better!

    Day 13, UK, NFD

Yesterday was a successful fast day, and I carried it to 36 hours fast, so I’m happy with that 🙂

I too apologize to @annemarilyn and to @mjrbcd44 for getting mixed up, sorry! My condolences to you @annemarilyn.

@daffodil2010 I made a beef bone broth for the first time recently, and I really love the taste of it, not to mention tremendous health benefits. I’m no expert, so I just followed the basics: added beef bones, carrots, onion, garlic, bay leaves, black peppercorns and cooked it in my dutch oven on slow fire for about 24 hours. I used it just recently instead of cubes to make beef stew and it came out super delicious! 🙂

@toddybear I thought I felt a bit breathless, I now realise it was because I was jogging with you 😂

@catch87 – enjoy your ski trip!

Have a lovely day everyone 😊

    Day 13 FD Oregon USA

So happy to see a solid pocket list today–I was worried as I’m usually a Monday faster that I’d be lonely. 😉

@metatauta and @shinything-no apologies please–just wanted those thoughtful thoughts given to the right person! ❤️️ Our community is such a source of strength and comfort for most of us.

@ccco,@redrockgirl,@metatauta,@shinything,@penz,@rainbowsmile,@debster251, @michelinme and anyone else I’ve missed…-Big thank you’s for healing thoughts. I am committed to doing what I can for the next two weeks to feeling good and healthy before I leave for vacation.

And your encouragement is always so appreciated @at! Wonder if I can clear out five pounds in two weeks with real concerted effort…let’s see!

@flourbaby you have reminded me to drink more water today and to PLAN. Thank you and hope that your FD’s this week go to plan.👍🏻

To my fellow pocket listers–have a great day today!!( I added a few for moral support who also said they were fasting on day 13)
