lighterlife fasting packs

I am very new to this diet. Has anyone tried the lighter life packs for the fasting days and are they recommended.

Save your money, lass! You can do it yourself simply by counting your own calories. There are lots of free calorie counting apps online.

Sometimes, these seemingly innocent questions are posted but are in fact disguised adverts for some product or other . . .
