Ok so I’ve started this diet and it’s my second fast day and I’ve gone over by 50 calories! Any ideas what I can do I feek like I’ve failed at the first hurdle lol

Its not a fail at all – its all a work in progress and it takes a while to get into the groove and know whats best for you – if you reduce your calories a bit tomorrow you will be back on track! Well done, 550 calories is great going and it will get easier – my first 3 or 4 FDs were brutal but now 2 months in I find them easier although not easy!!!
