Just started the diet

  • I’ve been on the diet about 5 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. I’m lower in weight then I thought I wanted to be. I’ve decided to go for losing 3 more pounds and then just maintaining. I don’t care how long it takes me to lose those 3 pounds. I’m finding the diet easy although I am truly ravenous by dinner (especially after seeing many clients, I’m a psychologist). I hope I sustain this. Sari
