  • Hello there, I’m 2 weeks into the Fast Diet and I’ve lost 2lbs which I’m very pleased about. Thought initially that I would never be able to miss my lunch but it’s not too bad at all and the hunger pangs soon go away. Also looking forward to the many health benefits as well as the weight loss!

    Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your weight loss, the hunger pangs do get better after about three weeks. It’s so easy with the 5.2 with the weight coming off steady.

    Remember to take your measurements you will see the inches disappear!

    Hi Rosie congratulations on getting started and losing 2lbs.
    Ive been on diet 3 and a bit weeks and lost 3lbs, similar to you.
    Its getting a bit easier and I’m happy with the results, slow but sure, which I think is the best way.
