I have just registered on this site, and have not had a fasting day yet. But was wondering if you can change your fasting days for special occasions?

Hi KimAnn, one of the best things about fasting is that it is flexible. In fact it is probably better to vary the routine sometimes as the body can get very used to the same routine.
