  • Day 13, Germany, NFD

    Hello Everyone,
    Day 13, India NFD

I tried to do a FD yesterday. Had a cup of coffee in the morning and was on a
water fast till 6.30. As many people have earlier mentioned its much easier for me to have nothing than eat something. I made the mistake of eating some crackers which made me feel super hungry, then I ended up eating 4 cookies, some stir fried vegetables and 1 mango. I felt terrible afterwards.
Though i must say I feel much lighter today though I didnt bother weighing myself.
Just had some fruit this morning for breakfast and a coffee. I plan to eat a light lunch of vegetables with a couple of slices of brown bread and plan to skip dinner. How does everyone cope with an FD especially in the evening.
Good luck to everyone on an FD or NFD.

    Onwards & Downwards 🙂

    Day 13 Newcastle UK FD.
Think I’d do a B2B while I’m in the mood again.I may do 3 FD this week as I’ve got a strange job Sunday afternoon through to Tuesday afternoon.I’m taking people to Scotland England and Wales to climb the three highest mountains in a 24 hour period for charity i’m a designated driver and ive got a feeling the temptation to eat rubbish while I’m away may be too much.
Good luck everyone keep at it.

    Day 13 | London, UK | FD

Successful FD yesterday, did a spin class in the evening. I find it helps to do a gym class on a FD evening. I guess it’s just about the keeping busy, less time to sit on the sofa and think about biscuits. Tonight I hope to get out of work in time to do a dance aerobics class.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Onwards and downwards ⬇️

    Day 13 UK
NFD got on the scales this morning only to find after fast day yesterday I was only -.2kg a litter disappointed but weight is going down not up so will keep on going with the 5:2

    Day 13 – FD

@stevetoontaxidriver – your post sounded like the start of a joke…..guess you might be sharing a few on your travels between England, Scotland & Wales!!!!

    @tlc2.
LOL it’s one of those jobs that I said yes to without thinking but I’m committed now should be a giggle. I know a few of the characters on the challenge glad I’m only the driver and not doing the 13 hours of walking up and down mountains in a 24 hour period although the driving will be challenging too, plus it’s for charity Macmillan nurses who do a Sterling job in the UK.

    DAY 13 (days 9 – 12 NFD)
    FD #5
    Scotland

Lots of chocolate and very little attention to eating well these last few days. Feeling a bit unenthusiastic about today yet determined to do it.

    Here we go……

    Day 13 UK FD

179.2lbs. 1200 cal NFD yesterday, nicely controlled but still up. Sigh. Tomorrow it should be down a little anyway. A six hour window was better. I considered seconds but didn’t go for it. And I didn’t eat the tortellini and pesto the veg man gave me. Food like that is what made me fat in the first place. I should have refused it entirely. I need to throw it away but that goes against the grain. Must get going I am sleeping longer these days which is good but I miss my long lazy early mornings.

    Day 13, UK, FD

    Have a good day!

    Day 13, Northumberland UK, FD

Gym later which always helps with the water intake – think that has been part of the problem the last week, I haven’t been as organised with my liquid intake, that’s dropped and I’ve snacked instead. Reset day today and then see where we are for weigh in tomorrow.

    Day 13, Germany, NFD

last week too much to do at work, now we’re having our summer holiday, busy at home, cleaning, painting, gardening and so on. So just skimming posts.

@califdreamer I’m so sorry for your cat, just heartbreaking, isn’t it?

@sirisan not very good news about your brother, hope he gets better

@strawberriesandcream that’s great news about your dad moving so near to you

    Day 13 Belfast NFD
I had a great FD yesterday, along with a successful swimming class. I didn’t feel hungry at all and woke up this morning with that lovely ’empty’ feeling.
@songbirdme I admire your bikini confidence.. When we were away my OH asked my why I hadn’t bought a bikini, so I’m guessing that’s a testament to my weight loss. Your BMI under 25 is a great achievement. 👍
@lacerx – I’m with you on the Monday fast!
@rhubarbbutnocustard – maybe your new handle should be coffeebutnosugar?!
@sirisan – good wishes to you and your brother.
I’m off to Pilates this morning – an hour of torture, but it’s worth it! This evening I’m gong for a light supper then off to see ‘My Cousin Rachel’ with a girlfriend, which I’m looking forward to. Today’s aim is to keep my NFD as controlled as possible.
Have a great day everyone, fasting or not!

    Day 13, Newcastle UK, NFD

Ha! @flourbaby – you’ll hear my sigh of relief today – got through another FD yesterday – albeit 800 but I’m happy. And yes, to answer your question from Day 10, I think I have totally adapted to become an ‘adaptable perfectionist’ because I’ve managed to stay the course with this WOL for four and a half months now, whereas I would have given up long before now. If anyone’s interested, the book we are referring to is called Positive Thinking by Gill Hasson – Find Happiness and Achieve your goals through the power of positive thought.
Thanks @steffieagle – I’ll be sure to ask for one on our next cruise ::-)
    @safarigirl – impressive!!
I think the word ‘boring’ has to be added to that list of banned words on this forum such as ‘failure’, ‘lost weight’…It has featured regularly this month and is not conducive to our positive thinking. Agree??
@belfastsink & @metatauta – you’re welcome, I’m enjoying my role although I have to tell you that I am now 13 days late in doing my May invoicing as I am far more interested in reading and responding to posts – lol!
After reading your post @at I think I really need to experiment with Kefir. Maybe try a prepared one from H&B before I go into full production.
@fivetwofan5252 – glad to hear you had a great week – onwards and downwards!
Your June goal is well in sight and more I suspect @redrockgirl302 – 🙂
    Hi @chumi, @missymoomoo and @mila69 – how’s it going with you?
@-Rachel- – sorry somehow missed you off the spreadsheet – you’re on there now if you wish to track your details. And welcome @maui – have added you too and here is the link for you both: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SLq0JjjWe8jvsiubsJSS8owJ-qYfGYtY1ceZPkWphLM/edit#gid=0
Lap up those compliments @mogaman – you’ve worked for them. I bet it’s not just your shape and hair people notice – I expect they see a difference in your confidence and general well-being too.
@tlc2 – Absolutely!! That’s the spirit @lola907 – you will succeed! Ditto on the wakeful night @lany36. Yesterday evening I drank 3 mugs of decaf coffee – first in four weeks. I know it’s not totally decaf and last night proved it. Back to herbal teas for me.
@karina.122 – and that’s the difference that will get you there – you’re still here and still trying – well done.
Sounds like you are winning that battle with your self sabotage devil @fatteacher – you’re back in control.
    Thanks @happymargo, @onahealthyhigh, @snowflake56 & @metatauta – hugely relieved and really excited.
@sirisan – hugs for you – I can understand your concern.
It’s a case of experimenting @Rahhul1905 – but for me one meal of good protein, healthy fat and piles of low carb veg at around 5.30pm seems to keep me satisfied for the evening.
@hotchoc – hence your username – lol! Keep at it.. Good to hear from you @schatziii. ‘Fessing up on this forum is a huge part of helping us stay the course @awilson. I personally feel that the day I don’t feel able to get my misdemeanours off my chest is the day I will start to struggle. Which is why I encourage all challengers to feel free to air their thoughts and never again use that banned word ‘b…..g’!
Sorry for your loss @califdreamer – pets are just as much a valued family member as humans.

I want to reply to every one of you but I’ve really got to prepare at least two invoices for my customers today – so must get off.

Have a great Tuesday friends. I remembered a quote I used to use a long time ago by Henry Ford….. “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t – you’re right” and that ties nicely into the beginning of my post re Gill Hasson’s book on Positive Thinking.

    Day 13 – Cumbria UK – NFD

    Weight 54.3kg/119.7lbs

Like @debster251 I had a very good FD yesterday and did a 1hr Pilates class in the afternoon – coffee with the girls afterwards. Followed by an evening 1.5hr Yoga class and kept to below 300cals for day!

Woke up this morning feeling very energised – A lovely cup of Earl Grey tea and now about to go for a 5mile/8km walk with a friend – a bit drizzly out!

Will have a read and catch up later this afternoon after a hair appointment!

“Life is like a bicycle – Keep moving to be in balance!”

    Day 13, London, UK, NFD.

Good FD yesterday, the key for me is to keep busy, otherwise I think about food constantly. Bought a couple of New Covent garden soups which were on special last week, 2 x 700ml and still below 500 cals!!!! Perfect for yesterday, when inspiration failed me in the kitchen, I couldn’t face another omelette!!!!

@lilymartin, I see you laying down typing whilst feeling ‘the bloat’…….. dinner sounds fab, it surprises me how adaptable we are, my eyes still need to catch up with my shrunken tummy, or I need to not be so greedy!!! Bakewell tart…..Mmmmhhhhh!!!!! I had never had rhubarb before (I know, I know, I hear ya ..…. British rhubarb is the best in the world, yada, yada, yada!!!) until a crumble found its way onto my plate last month…… slippery slope!!!! Note to self…… Do not get adventurous NOW, save new food experiences for maintenance!!!!!!

@pamie……… “Don’t panic!!!!” it’s only Day 13, plenty of time to jump back on the wagon!!!!

@lynzm, that ONE relaxed/treat day that turns into THREE!!!! Been there, done, that, I now know that the dragon is a greedy bugger, the more you give, the more he wants and he’s pretty good at mind control, I try not to tempt him and if I do then I do it in a controlled manner……………… i.e. I then go running and screaming from the house to get as far away from the kitchen as possible!!!! LOL………………….. Actually I might treat (it’s not really a treat!!) him, then go for a long walk for balance, followed by lots of appetite suppressing water!! The late night thing is just habit, you’ll break that eventually then wonder how you ever ate late then slept on a full tummy!!!

@califdreamer, so sorry to hear about your cat, when they go, they really leave a hole you couldn’t imagine. I’m still emotional about my cat who was 24 when she moved on in 2004, I still can’t contemplate another cat, although I have thought about getting a greedy dog to help me through NFDs!!!!

@strawberriesandcream…… You’re racking up the FDs!! ….…. Congrats!!!! Love that Henry Ford quote too, stealing that for future motivation!!

To those struggling with the bingeing, self-sabotage inducing NFDs………..”IT HAPPENS”, (add letters to the beginning, as you see fit!!) The key is to not look back, it’s gone, it’s behind you now (and yes, it may well show ON your behind!! LOL) but …….. What can you do!!!! Get yourself back on the wagon, remember the feeling for next time, but don’t dwell on it. If we were perfect we wouldn’t need 5:2 and I would be Mrs David Gandy!!!!

Good Luck everyone, keep the faith, !!!!!

    Day 13 – UK – FD

@Strawberriesandcream – you are so supportive, thank you for hosting us all. Hope you get a couple of invoices done so you can come back and enjoy the fun. 😜

Day 13, Hampshire UK – CD

    Today I am doing a paleo/Fat For Fuel/keto day in a 16:8 window.

It is really fun and delicious so far.

I have reread Dr Mercola’s excellent book (Fat for Fuel) and going forward I will aim to integrate this into my ‘third’ day.

It seems* I can pick up some of the benefits of keto** by running a Fat For Fuel day right after a FD.

*This is my interpretation after having read the book twice! I could be wrong…
**I could never be properly keto – I like my weekend treats far too much :0)

Will look at the rest of the forum to see if there are any other threads on this….

    Day 13 – Finland – NFD

Apart from painkillers, had the usual FD meals as of late – pear & cheese with a few nuts to break the fast (around 15 o’clock), a soup (nettle & parsnip) with 100 g cottage cheese for dinner (around 18 o’clock). I also drank about 2.7 liters in the form of water & infusion.

@strawberriesandcream Kind of you to ask. The fasting is going well as per usual, but I had a mishap with my ankle (I twisted it pretty badly when trying to jump to the pier from our yacht) over the past weekend, so I’m forced to take a break from doing any sports (and even moving around normally as I’m using crutches). The accident also led me to emotionally self-medicate – I ate way too much candy over the weekend (800 g in total). I’m hoping to be able to move around (fairly) normally by tomorrow and resume doing sports next week.
Also, when I put in the links to the spreadsheet last week, I added @rachel-2, but she’s at the end of the list (I wasn’t sure where you wanted to place names starting with a -).

    Have a good day everyone!

    Day13…….Florida…..NFD but very controlled

Calidreamer…… sorry to hear about your baby, we lost ours Nov. of 2014 and we still miss him like crazy! My heart and thoughts out to you.

Sirisan…… Mr prayers to you and your brother. He’s a fighter but more importantly a survivor. He WILL overcome!

Not much on the front here today. It just the start of a very long week.

I ended my FD around 750 calories, I figure as long as I’m under the 800 mark, I’m doing pretty good. I’m not going to stress about it.

Today’s goal is to stay right around 1200 calories!

Well, I woke up late, so I’m off again. Just like a sail in the wind…… never stay in the same place!

How many calories do you think one can burn if one Kung-fu fights daily?

    DAY 13 – UK – NFD

Successful fd yesteday (Yay) – thanks to all support from here.

Just received a bag of prebiotics ordered ages ago, Michael Mosely recommended them on his sleep programme – I’ll let you all know how I get on. Funnily enough I had a sleepless night last night….altho’ I have to say my sleeping has improved….will be interesting to see whether the prebiotics make a lot of difference.

    Watch this space. zzzzzzzzzzzzz

@jarbia – ooh, which ones did he recommend? I am baffled by the choice….

    Day 13, Belfast, NFD

My FD went really well yesterday. Had a 1.5 hour yoga class in the evening…jeez, I’m feeling it today! Mega stretching going on. Was really tired yesterday evening though, so happily went to bed at 10pm.

@Strawberriesandcream hope you get your work done today!! Don’t get fired on account of us 😉

I am trying catch up on the posts, can’t believe how many appear in a day. Everybody seems to be doing great…we’re all finding our way.
I didn’t mean that to rhyme lol.

    Good luck everyone today.

Day 13 Akron OH 2nd b2b FD. Was aiming for a water fast but allergies and an itchy throat drove me nearly insane. I had to have a cup of mocha coffee and then had three handful of nuts when I went home. Still ended up between 500 & 800 calories.
Aiming for a successful fd today in spite of allergies.
Onward and downward all. Keep the flag flying!

Day 13- flying home to Colorado — NFD

Vacation’s over. Had a terrific time! Only 5 days, but it felt like 2 weeks. Luxurious relaxation. Aaahhh!

Ready to get back into the 5:2 swing of things!
The flexibility & lack of guilt makes this plan a wonderful & versatile WOL. With health benefits as the cherry 🍒 on top!

    Day 13 Tas Australia FD

Ended up doing a water fast. Off to bed now. Good luck everyone.

    Day 13, Germany, FD

Things are going well soooo it’s time to go for a B2B2B. Not sure how much I can continue. Any how I try to keep in track . Let me know if there are people here to team up 🙂

@happymargo happy to see u had a great vacation. I agree that ‘the flexibility and lack of guilt’ that this diet offers are great mental helps to continue.
@jarbia what do you mean by prebiotics? I am curios to know 😉
@strawberriesandcream thanks for your attention. I did my medical test successfully today so I am back here because I can use my eyes noramlly as before. Also I know being busy should not be an excuse to stay away as being here is a key for us to keep in track with this new life style.
@debster251 ha ha I appreciate your phrase ‘lovely empty feeling’, that’s what I need after each weekend 🙂

    Day 13 – UAE – FD (18th day of b29b)

@annemarilyn Ramadan is not 24 days, it is either 29 or 30 days depending on when a new moon is born. We fast from dawn until sunset which makes it different from a country to a country. Here where i am living, UAE, I am fasting just over 15 hours a day. I had mentioned 24 because I was thinking only about the number of days I am fasting in June. To be correct today is my 18th day of 29 days as the 20 days might not be a fasting day. Thank you for the correction 🙂

Day 13 Chicago, Illinois USA – NFD

    Day 13, Gozo Malta, nfd

Yesterday’s BBQ went well but I ate more than 800 calories because I ate nuts and trifle and lemon meringue pie together with pork chops, sausages, rice and pasta salad. I refrained from eating potato salad and bread.

Have a great day everyone. Onwards and downwards.

Day 13 – London, FD. Second day of my B2B FD. I am actually finding it much easier to go B2B on Mon/Tue than split the days up – does anyone else find this?

I confess, I am ready to start chewing my arm off on the train home after work, but I have my stir-fry ready prepped in the fridge, so can eat 10 minutes after setting foot through the door! But mentally, it seems easier than motivating myself twice a week…

    Hi @strawberriesandcream,

Is it possible to join this lovely support group this late into the month?

Can really use the support and guidance available here…

    Day 13 – USA (Illinois) – NFD

Good eating yesterday and maintaining below target weight. I admire all of you who can fast on Mondays, but due to my evening rehearsal of our townspeople choir (I direct it) I can’t do Mondays. Those rehearsals just take so much energy.

Have any of you ever checked your heart rate (HR) on a FD? I did the other day, and it’s amazing how our bodies slow down when not digesting any food. Mine is normally quite low, but it got down to 49/bpm not long ago on a FD.

I’ve been happy with my berry kombucha, some sparkly diet soda added to it over ice is especially nice for a summer drink. Even though I have found this recipe (http://www.culturesforhealth.com/learn/recipe/kombucha-recipes/strawberry-or-any-berry-kombucha/) I hope to keep purchasing it from that Farmers’ Market.

    @schatziii – glad you’re doing better!

@rahul1905 – most all of us who have been doing this WOL for a while agree that it is much easier to just not eat. I have found that limiting any FD food to protein and vegetables (green, non-carb) make a big difference. Even carbs on NFD’s tend to make my hunger more unbearable.

@debster251 – thanks so much for the vote of confidence. Even last night a choir member came up after rehearsal and complimented me on my new physique and wanted to know my secret. Yeah! Love it when people notice!

@strawberriesandcream – Henry Ford was quite the genius!

    Onward and downward, everyone!

    Day 13 USA-WA NFD
FD went well yesterday with a lot of exercise. Planning on a NFD but without refined sugar foods. Had some sugar junk food on my last NFD and was reminded of how yucky it makes me feel overall, which I guess is a reminder I need from time to time. So today I will leave out that type of food and eat whole food. Have a good day, everyone!

Day 13, USA, Missouri Ozarks, FD

Hello all, maintaining below goal weight but feel I want to do just liquids today.

It is a little after 8 in the morning, I have already done a lot of exercise and will get a few more “sets” in today. Feeling strong – wearing one of the newly found dress pants/slacks today and that feels good and is good motivation.

Wishing everybody the very best !

    Day 13 – USA – NFD

Day 13 FD St. Louis. USA
Second day of my weekly back to back fast days.

Thank you to everyone who shared kind thoughts about my brother. I love the support on this group. I don’t post as much but I do try to read all the post and comment from time to time. I saw a couple in my emails on which I wanted to comment but now I can’t find them so I have to come back to it.

Oh my best to all of you.

Day 13, Rocky Mountains, US, BSD800 cals

    Hi all,

Very cool here today. 12 C. Lovely. I am enjoying a wonderful country rain 🌧 that already is going on for hours. The garden is so happy. 🌹🌱🌳 Tomato plants and hot peppers are singing ‘Raindrops keep falling on my head’ 😄🍅😄🌶😄

Will continue with BSD 800 cals, using these calories for one meal a day. Protein, healthy fats, veggies and fruit. Then off to see the new ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ with DH.

    Have a good day everyone!😊
    Onwards and downwards! 🌺🌻🌼

    Day 13 California, USA NFD

After fasting yesterday (500 cal) I’m down to 66.6 kg or 146.8 pounds. It’s been about a year since I’ve seen my weight around there. I’m feeling better and my clothes no longer feel like they’re busting at the seams. (I was too cheap to buy clothes that were any larger!) My total loss since May 10 when I started the 5:2 is 9 pounds or 4.1 kg.
    My BMI is now 24.1.

@sirisan, I hope those numbers on your brother’s blood test were just a fluke. There are other things that can affect them. I will be saying prayers and sending positive thoughts for him and for you because I know what it’s like to be worried about someone you love. If he was treated before and made it through, his immune system must be strong.

@krisnia, I agree about avoiding sugar. It only seems to increase my hunger afterwards. I try to eat fresh fruit for my “sweet fix” because there are a lot more nutrients and the fiber is filling.

@songbirdme, I love Kombucha too. A few years ago I started my own Scoby from a bottle of MT Kombucha. It took over a month to grow a small one, but then took off with the next batch. I haven’t drank or made any in a while because it’s been cold out, and hope my Scobies are still alive. The Kombucha in my jar has turned to vinegar by now for sure!

Day 13 / Rochester, NY, USA / NFD

Yesterday’s fast day went well. As usual, I drank a shake/smoothie at 4pm and then had a small dinner. The scale was at 114.4 this morning…about a half pound higher than after my last FD, but I did lift weights yesterday, so I that might be contributing to the increase on the scale. The good news is that I am back to wearing clothes I haven’t worn in awhile. Just about everything in my wardrobe fits! A couple more pounds and I’m confident I’ll be able to wear everything I own. Happy feeling, for sure! 🙂

Today I’m fighting the hunger dragon. I’ve had breakfast, tea and a small snack. It’s almost noon and I’m watching the clock and thinking about lunch! My goal is to make today controlled and not eat over my TDEE.

It’s great having this community and I enjoy reading your posts….especially on a fast night…you all help keep me on track. Thank you! 🌼 Hope you all have a successful day!

    Day 13 Oregon USA FD
I had a good day yesterday with controlled eating. I’m inspired so will do a FD today.

@jarbia – I’m interested to know what you think of the probiotics for sleeping. I have restless leg syndrome and would appreciate anything that would improvement my sleep.

    Day 13 | Alaska | NFD

My fast day went as planned. I have found it’s easiest for me to just eat/do the same thing each fast day, which is only drink water and green tea all day and have one meal at dinner consisting of a lean, organic beef patty (5.4 oz) and two over easy eggs. Today’s weight is the exact same as last Tuesdays weight, so no progress made after my binge this weekend but at least I’m back to where I was. This Thursday, I can’t fast due to a company retreat which includes a team picnic lunch, so I will be fasting on Friday instead. Goal for NFDs and this weekend – CONTROL. Good grief.

@sirisan I hope it’s just a glitch and your brother continues to be well.

    Good luck to everyone today.

Day 13 – SW WA USA – NFD

Working on saving calories for some reasonable choices for a late afternoon “English tea” retirement function. We’ll see what the choices are.

@fivetwofan5252 – you peaked my interest regarding Dr. Mercola’s “Fat for Fuel”. When you say that will be your “third” day, what do you mean? I have a friend who has beat back cancer with the ketogenic diet & he sometimes does a fat only stretch.

@snowflake56 – it sounds like you’re having a working holiday. They say a change is as good as a rest. Maybe that’s what you’re doing.

Day 13 Massachusetts USA NFD I’m enjoying some things today that I couldn’t have on a fast day -emphasis on enjoying, as in mindful eating. This summer I have two weddings and a shower to attend and I’m certainly glad I’m more than halfway to my goal. I’ll hopefully fit into dress clothes I already have! Greetings to all.

Day 13, Guildford UK, Pocket wine NFD

Thought I had already posted although seems to have disappeared.

Very down day, I bought two pairs of jeans from Sainsbury in my usual size 12 and couldn’t get them on around my tummy.

I have lost 7 lbs but because of bloat my tummy looks 6 months pregnant.

Very disappointing. I did get into an old pair of size 12 jeans, they are baggy in the bottom. Can’t get any belts to do up.

Have decided to eliminate wheat in case that’s it.

@sirisan that would be very worrying to know about your brother

@awilson starting a program of prebiotic today and adding coconut oil as a staple

    Day 14 – NZ – NFD

    Day 14/CD/Melbourne Australia

Hello everyone day 13 nfd East Glacier National Park MT
@redrockgirl302 we must be watching the same rain as you. Was supposed to go on a trail ride this morning but the rain put paid to that, hopeful the weather is better tomorrow and i can be a cowgirl like i always wanted – even if it is just for 2 hours.
We jogged along a path yesterday close to the lodge and we saw a wolf loping along. We couldn’t quite believe it. Now meeting a bear would be quite something else. OH is going to carry bear spray and while he waits his chance to spray it I will be right behind him lol about 3 miles away ha ha. The weather up to now has been great but rain has curtailed activities a little today. We sent a photo back home of the rain pouring down and the boys said you would think we never saw rain before ha ha. Though even with it pouring looking at the Rocky Mountains is still something else!
Catching up on just some of the latest posts.
@jarbia glad you enjoyed your time in NI don’t worry just keep on keeping on and you will begin to make progress again.
Looks like blue skies coming this way and mountains getting clearer x

Day 13 Post 1 NFD Huntingdon UK

I actually started using the 5:2 diet and counting my fitbit steps on May 22nd. On that first day my morning weigh in was 170.4 lbs. When I weighed myself this morning I was 162.4 lbs so that is 8lbs lost in just over 3 weeks . Am pretty pleased with that ..It’s taken a lot of discipline and a lot of walking !!!!

    Day 13 – Scotland – NFD
Sorry, I didn’t have time to give some updates on this forum but I just managed to update the spreadsheet. Difficult time, still alone with the boys. And fighting with chicken pox. I keep smiling for them during the day and try to do lots of funny things but in the evening I feel exhausted. Looking forward to melt in my husbands’ arms on Sunday night 🙁
