I have decided to give the fast diet a whirl. I have always done slimming world which I lost 3 stone with and have generally kept off however since having a baby have out a bit of weight back on which I would like to shift and just cannot get back into slimming world which has led me here. I have just read the book from cover to cover and have bought the official cook book tonight.
Plan to weight myself Sunday morning and do my first fast day Sunday too! Am a bit anxious but really looking forward to it and hoping it will work,
