Hi Sara, welcome and we know what you’re feeling, we’ve been there too. Do some reading on the forum 1st, read Dr Moseley’s book on 5:2 Diet, and welcome to your new WOL – way of life. Choose 2 days of the week to do your 500 cals, drink lots of water, and keep checking in on the forum. I’m looking forward to seeing your progress.
