Hunger the following day

  • Hi everyone! I’ve done 2 weeks now, and although the actual fast days are ok I am always really hungry the next day and I think I eat more and so am not really losing much weight. I have already lost 10lbs since Christmas through mindful eating and particularly less alcohol. Is my hunger the next day unusual? Ideas please!

    Are you doing consecutive fast days? If so perhaps you should break that up.
