Hoping things will kick in soon

  • Hi, into my second week and not lost anything, I’ve started the diet doing 4:3, and I’m being careful with what I eat on non fast days. Today is my 6th fast day. Using a pemometer, myfitnesspal.
    Hoping the weight will soon start to drop off, although it is a little disheartening, any tips? Only thing I can think of is 1. It’s early days and 2. I do a lot of exercise, walk, swim, play 5 a side football so maybe the fat is being turned into muscle.
    Living in hope! 🙂

    Sorry today is my 6th fast day because I started on the Friday (21 June), been doing Mon, Wed, Fri.
