Hi every one I am just starting

  • 20st.6lbs approx. 131kg start weight it is going well and not finding it to hard as it is only two days a week and i am doing them together and i am in my second week, at present. i am doing them together as it is easier in my life to do this, my advise is Go porridge i feel full to after lunch time and then water and lemon helps loads and loads good luck to every one stay positive i am tiring to stay positive.

    I agree with the porridge I also put a small apple and cinnimon in there 171 cal. I been doing it for 8 weeks and lost over a stone.
