hello from the sunny south coast of England!!! Tried them all, if i had a pound for every diet book i have bought i would be a rich man!!
this time i hope it works, i was put onto this by a friend in Australia, the 5.2 thing seemed to have passed me by here, anyway i hope the support network is good, i am on my second week and lost 3 lb so far, not just about weight for me like all middle aged men its the health benefits that have attracted me.

Hi Dunc from sunny shropshire!! I too am brand new to the 5.2 thing but it sounds pretty do-able doesn’t it? Anyway good luck and catch up with you latePep
