  • have been doing the fasting diet for a month. Lost 4lb in weight but this week have been out twice for meals and to my horror weighed this morning with a 3lb gain. I thought that if one didn’t go overboard on the non fasting days the weight would stay off . i have to be extra careful as I’m on warfarin and my INR on friday was down to 1.7
