    Me and my boyfriend have been doing 5:2 since May and done nearly 6 weeks now. I found it hard at first but am loving it now I’ve found what foods to eat etc
    I was drawn to it initially because of the science and also the non restrictive element
    If anyone has any tips or stories to share or just fancies a chat then feel free to come my way
