Hello from foggy California

  • I am learning more about the Fast Diet from all your posts, and have completed 2 fast days. Going without breakfast works
    best for me, but by 11 am need a small meal. I am finding it manageable, especially if I plan ahead and bring food with me.
    I’m hoping to lose about 10 lbs. all around the middle. Wishing success to all of you!

    Hi from cloudy Scotland! I don’t have breakfast either. I like to have a cereal bar or piece of fruit ( 100 cal worth) during the day and dinner (400 cal) about 6 ish. 7 weeks in and 4 kg down. I feel fitter and more in control than I have done in years. Good luck with the plan. It does work – oh and my best tip…..KEEP IT SIMPLE!
