  • Hello, my name is Natalie. I am going to 33 on the 20th. I have 3 children, 2 girls ages 7 and 8, and a little boy 2 years old. I am a stay at home wife and mommy.

    My highest weight was 177, I currently am about 130. My goal is to be 110-115 by July 1st.

    Back in November of 2015 I was 158, and started my final weight loss journey. I’ve basically been intermittent fasting off and on. Doing a 19:5, 6:1 combo.

    But now I have a new plan…

    1. 5:2
    2. Breakfast optional if Im hungry, but I will eat lunch and dinner, no snacks
    3. No refined carbs, healthy whole foods
    4. Friday weigh in
    5. Friday treat meal with dessert
    6. Monday and Thursday fast days

    Hello! I’m Joanne. I’m a happily married, work from home mum to two boys (8 & 11). At New Year I was the heaviest I’ve ever been, but finally in a head place to do something about it. I started the 5:2 on Jan 2nd. I’ve just weighed myself and I’ve lost 7lbs since then! Hope your progress is good too 😀
