I have just entered my second week. I decided to try this “diet”more for the health benefits than weight loss. I do have a few pounds to lose, but feel I need to move more as well.
I will re-read the book, as I may be fasting incorrectly. I’ve fasted for 24 hours with nothing to eat and only tea, coffee, or water. Time does go by rather quickly. Yesterday I was hungry so had a carrot and few slices of cucumber in the 24 hour period (19hour mark) This works better for me than eating food. I find I’m thinking about the “next meal” if I eat. I may try the 1 meal approach as I woke up hungry, which is rare.
