First Week Success Continuous?

  • So I have completed my first week, I fasted Tuesday and Wednesday not out of choice but out of a busy week of going out, I got on the scales after my second fast day … I has lost a staggering 5 lbs I only weighed 134lbs to start with so I am super impressed. I broke my ankle in Jan and piled the weight on due to no exercise, I am now smaller than I was before the break.

    With everyone else, what has their experience been from the first week to the following weeks, will this continue or will it drop dramatically or stop??

    I lost 2kg (nearly 5lb) in the first week. I have lost between 1 and 2lb a week since. I started mid Jan and now end March I am 6.5kg or 14lb lighter.
    I’ve recently started some getting fit activities too so am now less focused on weight loss and more focused on improving my fitness. I still want to lose a further 6kg but would be happy with a 1lb a week loss so long as my fitness goals are being met. When I started 5 sit-ups were tough, yesterday I did 50 sit-ups, 50 crunches, 50 leg raises, 30 squats and some bicep and tricep raises. I am also now doing about 30 minute cardio per day (a great increase from the zero cardio I was doing before).
