first week down!

  • Hi, I have just completed my first week of the 5:2 diet and I am already 6.5lbs down! I am feeling healthier already and I have more energy. I am guilty of snacking (whilst I’m not dieting!) And just having a piece of fruit or veg if I’m peckish will now fill me up! Normally I would give up and other diets are cutting everything out where as this one you only have to calorie count twice a week! Love 5:2! X

    I have always found dieting really hard but I need to lose over two stone. I have done my first week of the fast diet, it’s been very tough at times, but I’ve lost an amazing 8lbs! This has now spurred me on for this week! I have been very strict with myself and probably not eaten what I would describe as ‘normal’ eating on non-fast days, but restricted my calories on these days too. It really makes you think what you eat!
