  • Hi all,

    This is my second day of the 5:2 diet. My husband and I are doing the consecutive day fasting on Wed and Thursday as these are the busiest days for us at work and we don’t usually have time to cook much those days anyway. And of course so we have the weekend free to indulge!

    We are trying the diet to lose a few kilos (not loads) and for the myriad of other reported health benefits.
