    I’ve been practicing the 5-2 Diet for just over one year. I’ve lost 43 lbs going from 250lbs on 03/01/13 to 207lbs today.

    I’ve found a breakfast of two eggs with small amount of fruit in the morning and a salad with 4-6oz of meat in the evening twice a week has worked well. By the way I’m a 64 yr old male.

    On my non fast days I’ve been reducing my “empty carbs” but generally eat what I want.

    I’ve incorporated a 20 minute interval exercise routine that I do 5 or 6 days a week and I feel better than I’ve felt in years.

    Pretty well exactly what I’ve done since 17/1/13 – 200lb to 154lb.
    I’m a 63 year old female.
    I also exercise 5 days a week – I didn’t before because it was too hard!

    You are obviously a man of few words, but you do sound committed to this, and I hope we will hear from you again – you have done so well.
