First fast day tomorrow

  • Hi Everyone

    I’ve decided to bite the bullet and give the Fast Diet s determined go-my first fast day is tomorrow. I’m both looking forward to it and slightly anxious. I have good, healthy low-cal meals planned so I don’t get tempted!

    I’m in my mid forties, happy with my life, fit and active but although I’ve lost around 20 pounds since the new year I need something more scientific and planned, hence the Fast diet. I enjoy exercise, especially kettlebells and yoga.

    I would like to lose around 4 stone, maybe a bit more so I’m in it for the long haul.

    Anyway I look forward to posting my success here in the future-wish me luck with my first fast day 🙂

    Good luck JJ42. I’ve only been on the diet for 2 weeks so I’ve done 4 fasts. They were not nearly as bad as I thought they’d be. I have breakfast and dinner and as long as I have some protein, like an egg for breakfast it fill me up. What have you got planned for your fast tomorrow?

    Thanks Guys – I’ll skip breakfast as that doesn’t bother me, have a green salad with cold meat around noon and then I have a vegetable curry made for my evening meal. You can get quite a lot of food for your calories with lean meat and veggies 🙂

    First day went okay, got a bit hungry early evening but resisted and still did my exercise. Proud of myself 🙂
