Fasting newbie!

    Hope you don’t mind me asking a few questions!
    What type of meals do you eat on your non fasting days? Do you just stop counting totally and treat yourself or still try and be sensible?

    Being a former slimming world follower I’m used to always following a plan!

    I haven’t been on here for that long but been doing 5.2 since July last year.
    On feed days I eat pretty much normally, I ma mindful though and keep to my TDEE, if you look top of the page under the section “how?”you will find a tool that will calculate this for you 🙂

    I don’t really count calories on feed days, maybe just a rough calculation but you become used to eating sensibly anyway and you will also find that you don’t want to eat as much you used to!!
