Diet shakes on fasting days

    What is the general view of having diet shakes on fasting days. I was thinking these would make it super easy to stick to my 500 calories and from what I understand, they are usually high in protein and low in carbs.

    However, I am interested to hear what others think. Have you tried them on a fast day? Did they work?
