Day one!

  • First day of my fast diet! Now it would normally be lunchtime so trying to distract myself. Have to say as someone who has tried most “diets” this is the one that feels the most natural and ‘do-able’ fingers crossed anyway!

    If you put a bit of effort in…it’s the best way of life ..not a diet..it gets easier after a couple of weeks..

    Join a thread what suits you and get support along the way…measure yourself…bust waist hips and tops of legs once a month ( waist only for men) and log it, weigh once a week after your fast day and log it.
