Chinese on a NFD?

  • Ok so im into my second week of 5:2 and going strong.

    Finished a fast day yesterday successfully and started today well with a smoothie for breakfast and a quinoa and mackerel salad, then nothing until a chinese later. Think this is ok? Should i try and get healthy chinese or is it ok to let myself have a few chicken balls and chips?!

    Any day you eat, you should go for the healthy option. Once in a while you can splurge, but it is better not to do it too often, lest you undo your good work with Fasting.
