Oh my goodness told gym owner that I was doing 5 2 he said he though it was a diet unhealthy affects your metabolism you need to eat more 500 isn’t enough 1900 non fast days way too much it’s a fad diet. It doesn’t work long term it teaches you nothing. You should be eating 5 times a day. You cannot do this long term all the usual uninformed bull. He said I should be doing about 1350 calories day. He pulled his calculator out and said I was eating more calories on 5 2 than I need. He said can you can do this at 60 I said I could. I did say explain the 15kg I had lost then, in 4 months.
I had to bite my tongue nearly walked out.
I told him I believe in this program I do not look at it as a diet I look at it as a lifestyle program that I can follow forever.
