  • CG, I’m delighted to hear that you got on so well at the doctor’s. Your healing powers are terrific…..definitely good genes! Your winter is almost as cold as our summer! Lol! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚ You’re a great example to Up, in overcoming debilitating episodes of anxiety. As both you and Up have said, time helps but it’s good to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I should be well used to packing for France but I’m not sure what to wear for the graduation as I don’t know if things are more formal in the Uk than here.
Jade, thanks for the rainbow….badly needed! Yes, the coffee shop at Tara is as good as ever, mmmmmm๐Ÿ˜‹ Hope you got your car sorted, you’re not getting a great run of luck at the moment but I love your positive attitude! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’š

I got interrupted in the middle of writing my post and meanwhile, I crossed with Jade and PH! Glad you got your car sorted Jade. PH, enjoy the pool and best of luck with the weigh in!

I have managed a small loss for the month 1.1kgs. 1 cm off my waist. I am concertrating on toning up now. I have tried to reintroduce some cereals but my body does not like it at all going straight onto my waist. So I hve planted out some extra cauliflowers to make into rice and pizza bases. These can be frozen as well. I have got a lot of things to do as it is the end of our financial year and everything needs to be closed off.

I hope to get some more time in the garden today before the storms come. this is the weeding time of the month and I am determined to get it back into some order. Next week I will be putting in the above ground crops. Last week all the onion beds went in. Late but at least in. Two other beds wont be needed till summer so they are going to be green manured. The one where I will put the tomatoes will have mustard and the other ordinary green manure for the sweet corn. The other job is to create a permanent bed to house the perennial vegetables and fruit (asparagus rhubarb etc). I try and spend only on hour and one activity and then do something completely different so I don’t pull muscles. Can’t get straight out in the morning as we have had a week off crunchy frosts.

    Hi all!
GL, good to hear you’re doing so well. Best of luck with the garden and the weather!
I’m afraid my snacking demon made a break for freedom last night and managed to have quite a midnight feast before I wrestled him back into his cage, grrrr! ๐Ÿ‘น๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ณ Oh well, back on track today even though I’m going out for lunch! I’m skipping breakfast and will just have soup for lunch….. I hope! Best of luck to anyone else fasting or keeping their demons under control! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’ž

Morning Fit! Bit of a jailbreak here too last night๐Ÿ˜‚ eating natural peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon like a savage. But hey it was natural! Lucky there were no cookies left in the house. Going out even for a soup lunch sounds like fun! I always have to rememeber I’m not really after the food when meeting friends. Oh who am I kidding, I’m always after the food, love restaurants, always have – it was a super big deal to go out when I was young.

Speaking of good food, SJ, I had the eggplant rotolo for dinner last night, I forgot I had frozen it back in March, but still so yummy!

I can’t decide whether today should be a FD, too little sleep, no school work to keep me busy.๐Ÿค” Just entertaining myself with CG’s funny videos on Facebook.๐Ÿ˜ Hmm, I think I just decided! But will skip breakfast to get a bit more of a mini fast in. I have at least 20 eggs in the fridge and feel I could eat them all right now (oh, shades of Paul Newman having 50๐Ÿ˜).

GL you sound like quite the gardener, I planted cauliflower and it’s a beautiful plant but over 2 months in, no sign of an actual cauliflower. And the little green worms ate my lettuces๐Ÿ˜ก It’s a pretty garden though, soon I’ll have tomatoes and we’re already enjoying the onions and herbs.
PH hope you’re surviving the mother of all garage sales! ‘Night & love to you Aussies – hope you get more beauty sleep than I did๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’•Zzz xxx

Hi Jade, every time I watch “Coolhand Luke” I need a hard boiled egg! He makes the first few look so yummy….but 50…….?? You always have a meal at the ready when there is an egg or two in the fridge๐Ÿค” Time for bed, nighty nite all xxxxx

Ha Jade, I know what you mean…..had lovely mushroom soup but so wanted to have coffee and cake too! Just as well my sister needed to be brought home straight away. She is pitiful to look at now, so drugged up, confused, barely able to walk, practically has to be spoon fed. We got in touch with the psychiatrist and he is changing her meds immediately. It’s disastrous. I consoled myself with green tea and some WW biscuits when I got home, so not really a fd but better than snacking all day.
CG, it’s not the eggs that have me drooling when I watch ‘Cool hand Luke’! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜š๐Ÿ˜Š

Oh me either Fit – that Paul Newman was a tasty morsel wasn’t heโ™ฅ๏ธโ™ฅ๏ธ- maybe I should put his photo on the fridge. So far the eggs are all still safe๐Ÿ’ช In the meantime, I’m entertaining myself with “Butter Bob” videos. I relate well to him, he has a strong Tennessee accent๐Ÿ˜

How awful about your sis, I wish they would figure out the right meds๐Ÿ˜ก – such an ordeal. Love and light to you๐Ÿ”†๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’— Food control is way down on the priorities list when things like that intervene, so be kind to yourself{{{{}}}} xx

Thanks Jade, feeling sorry for myself today so I need a kick up the butt! Concentrating on not listening to that box of chocolates sitting in the cupboard since last weekend and focussing instead on going abroad next week! I’ve no idea who Butter Bob is but glad you’re having a good time. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’ž

I know those days well, Fit – go easy on yourself, give your head and heart some room to relax and grieve a bit. Life deals us sadness in many formsโ™ฅ๏ธand it takes time to work through them. And sometimes a few biscuits, too.

Bob is the “butter makes your pants fall off” guy on YouTube. He touts LCHF but also the IF-no snacking-no junk idea to regulate insulin levels and thereby curb cravings. I think you’d enjoy his style and humor, plus you’ll be able to understand me if you get used to his accent! xxxx

Hi all. Just got brave enough to get on the scales. Up 1.2kg after blowout month with all the family home ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿท๐Ÿท๐Ÿท๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿซ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ•๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง€…..got to be happy with that . Fast day went down the gurgler yesterday. Was doing OK until I sat down after busy day to watch the footy with OH and had one Scotch, then another, then another, then chocolate..oh well. Full day yesterday, went to the credit union and organised finance in case we find a property to buy before we sell this house, so that is all done, then had a lucky shopping spree. Found a really nice pair of swimmers on a half price rack that are suitable for the pool and found one of my favourite bras that have been discontinued…the last of the stock in that store..how sad is it that I was so excited to find a bra!!!๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ just goes to show how our priorities change as we age. Comfort is key!!..anyway then had to go shopping cause we were out of tea, coffee , milk, bread and fruit..no time for shopping these days..son and daughter coming over today for the final push to get all the stuff out for tomorrow. Had to laugh, when I was at the Credit union the loans officer, lovely stylish young woman and very good, anyway amongst my paperwork was a copy of the flyer for the garage sale and she saw the pictures of my 1960’s pill box hats and she got so excited that she is coming out to buy them…seems that they are all the go and the racing season is on us with the big local race meetings at Grafton and Coffs not far away..so they will get another wear..just goes to show that everything comes back into fashion if you wait long enough. My old Aunty who made them will be looking down from above with a great big smile on her face.

Jade can relate to eating peanut paste with a spoon..just love that stuff. And PAul Newman, what can I say๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. And Robert Redford…eye candy ..
Fit..so sad about your sister, it is so hard to find the right medications and the process is just heartbreaking..sending love and hugs {{{๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž}}}. I can’t believe that those chocolates have survived this long, well done you๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—
Go. You are doing so well. Congratulations and your garden sounds amazing.

Big hi to everyone else CG, UP, thinking of you both….and of course Gyps, SJ hope you are both doing OK.
Best get up and start the day or the kids will find me still in bed. Love to all ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

Hi team, nice sleep in on this chilly morning. I found a Lycra body suit on line, seamless, so wore that to bed last night and was very comfy with no hooks sticking into me โ˜บ๏ธ And, only two weeks to go before needing no more squashy garments๐Ÿ˜‰ Jade gotta agree about Paul Newman, he wasn’t a big man, but ooohhh so easy on the eye. Those eyes, that pouted mouth…yuuummmm ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ
Fit it’s sad to see what meds can do to people, especially when getting the level correct. It’s like a naughty child or puppy, when they are sick and quiet, we’d give anything to have them back being the pest they were. I’m surprised they weren’t aware of the effects before she left the hospital? Nobody want’s to have their loved ones zombiefied! Oh, and well done with the fasting. Just having soup when eating out is difficult. It’s always a treat to eat out and have something different to what we have at home, but the smells always lead me to something fried and crispy!!
PH good luck tomorrow I hope the weather holds for you and the crowds roll inโ˜บ๏ธ Saying things come back into fashion is the reason my wardrobes are so full. I hate parting with things, especially the basics rather than “out there” fashion. It’s usually just the length that changes, even some old bat wing tops I have can still ge worn. I did have a huge variety of sizes too!!! But ALL the big stuff is now gone….I think….
July 1 today, where is this year going? Our eating and life style patterns have been part of our lives for a long time now haven’t they. We are all still holding our own, even the treats still prick our guilts so at least we don’t eat mindlessly ๐Ÿ˜Š like we did before 5:2 and AUSSIE DETERMINATION
Fit you will be in France, loving life again before you know it. The alterations should be finished, so it will be a new house for you to decorate, hang a few pictures, throw a few cushions around for colour, and forget all the pressing issues you left behind, enjoy darling girl, get out and breath, go for a walk, ride the bike, you so deserve it ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’— xx
Shower time, back into the corset, all washed and tumble dried so should be a bit softer, but it hasn’t worked with the past washings….๐Ÿ˜….oh well, toughen up and just get on with it kid!! Cuddles to you team, make today a winner ๐Ÿ˜‰xxxxxxx

Good morning all – ah what a difference a good night’s sleep can make.๐Ÿ˜ Bless my OH, he was up very late and decided to stay downstairs rather than cause the commotion again at 4 a.m. I suppose wherever we live we will always need that second bed for his nocturnal sleep habits๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ’•

Brilliant idea, CG, to get a sleeper replacement for the accursed corset.๐Ÿ˜ก Two more weeks? Bring it on! ๐Ÿ’ชHope the swelling has continued to go down (how could it not, you’ve been squashed for so long). And did the bodysuit result in a blissful sleep๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’•? Loving the videos on facebook.โ˜บ๏ธ I also much prefer to post photos over there, would love to see more from the team๐Ÿ˜˜

Well done PH on such a minuscule gain๐ŸŽ‰! No doubt helped by staying so busy – and how fabulous that your pillbox hats will have a new life of style๐Ÿ‘’๐Ÿ’‹. I love it when I can pass along things I’ve loved to someone who’ll treasure them. Pleasure in small things is a gift๐Ÿ’œ – best of luck with the sale!!!
Fit I hope you’re not deep cleaning the whole house in preparation for next week’s trip – don’t let all the demands on you get you down, which is easier said than done for a superwoman, but you deserve a nice break.๐Ÿ”†๐ŸทCG jogged my memory about the renovations going on in France – how exciting!๐Ÿ”ง๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’•

The fireworks have already started booming at night here, as our Independence Day is July 4. The dogs think the world is coming to an end. I have to admit they are fun to see, though not to hear! No further fasting for me this week, the days at home have been too long๐Ÿ™„though very relaxing, must be what retirement will feel like, not a paper in the house to grade, though I have to go pick up some today. Anyway, I think I’ve taken a few more small steps toward self-control. It’s all in how you look at it, right๐Ÿ˜‰? Have a lovely weekend, dear pals ๐Ÿ”†๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿธjade xxx

    Hi all!
PH, that’s a very small gain after all that celebrating and special times…..woohoo! And new swimmers! Double woohoo! And a favourite bra……triple woohoo! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ƒ How wonderful that you found a good home for those hats….vintage clothing is very popular now. I hope your sale is very successful. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’š
CG, that’s a very clever idea to wear the Lycra suit at night and to give your body a change and a rest from the corset. I despair of the medical system here, not only was my sister sent home like a zombie but she also lost over 5kg in weight. Yes, we’re really excited to see how the house in France looks now and we’ve been invited to a garden party on their big national holiday, the 14th July….so lots to look forward to!
Jade, I haven’t started the clean up yet, better get my act together tomorrow. Well done on your self control and overcoming snacking habit! WE CAN DO THIS! I hope your furry friends are coping with all the fireworks….it’s tough on them.
My fd or semi fd went out the window yesterday but I managed to stay below TDEE and today I’ve done a proper fast, so feeling strong again. However, I did snack a bit yesterday, so not expecting good news on the scales.
Hope Up and SJ enjoying their travels. Big hugs to both and GG, Gyps, Gawd, Lotus, Dawg, Annie and GL.

Good morning Fit and Jade โ˜บ๏ธ Golly haven’t our numbers shrunk…..just like our waists since living the 5:2 way hey ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ˜Š Our life style may be out of fashion now, but we soldier on with true AUSSIE DETERMINATION. Like the fashion revamp of PH hats, 5:2 will be back in the news and on telly again with newbies coming on board looking for our valuable advise ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’•
I’m hoping Fit the doctors get your sisters meds sorted before you go away so you holiday with peace of mind and will be able to relax and enjoy your “new” home ๐Ÿ˜Š Even your local doctor should be able to sus out the issue. The weight loss could be due to sleeping through meals etc or eating very little with lack of incentive. Her appitite should return now she is home. I do hope your new carers and your agency don’t let you down and give you the breathing trouble free space you need, cuddles๐Ÿ˜Š
Jade you need a rotating door for your bedroom ๐Ÿ˜Š or a traffic cop! There sounds to be more activity there at night than the norm ๐Ÿ˜ No wonder getting a good nights sleep is difficult……It is great to get a good nights sleep, something we take for granted, but boy, does our body and mind let us know when we are falling behind. I often think, just one night without the boys ( on their side of the bed) I’d sleep better too, but miss them terribly when I’m away from them, and find comfort in listening to their breathing (and snooring๐Ÿ˜ก) so there is yin and yan with it?
Voting day across the country and the campaign will be over yahooo it’s another case of dumb and dumber, truth in all politics is something they don’t worry about, they promise the moon, then give you no moon shine if elected! grrrrr
Safe travels to you sj and up, holidays are magic times, but there is nothing like having your feet on home soil ๐Ÿ˜Š
Have a lovely evening team, or day if here in Oz, stay warm winter is holding on, but it’s lovely to snuggle into winter clothing (and I love winter fashion) Cuddles ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’—xxxx

    Mornin’ CG!
We got new meds for my sister today but it will probably take some days for them to take effect. Her local doctor is less than useless so there’s no point consulting him. The reason she lost so much weight in hospital is because no one supervised her eating to either encourage or observe whether she ate or not. I’m sure she will gain again now that she is being properly cared for.
Best of luck with the election. It seems we’re all blessed with brainless politicians! Hoping you’ll get some quality sleep to speed up your recovery. The weather is awful here at the moment, windy, rainy and cold….brrr! Let’s hope France is a bit better!

Hi CG Jade Fit Up and whoever else is around. I’m back on Australian soil but not home yet. In Sydney waiting for our flight to Perth, stay overnight then drive back to Margaret River – a long process!
So by say Monday or Tuesday should be back to regular posting whether here or on FB. A bit shattered now after the 14 hour flight but not too bad. Then I will have to deal with the dreaded number on the scales but don’t regret a single bit of it. 5:2 will sort me out! Byee suejen xxxx

Welcome home sj, you will be tired for quite some time I guess, but a few nights back in your own bed should sort that for you. Yep, 5:2 will look after the rest of it.
Fit, are you alright? You don’t seem your bright bubbly self. Not surprising I guess with so much to deal with. It wont be long before you can sit back and enjoy the garden party and celebrations in France ๐Ÿ˜‰Cuddles xxxx

Welcome back SJ! You have had the time of your life, everything else can wait. I’m sure you must have lots of gorgeous photos and precious memories. I hope the rest of your travels go smoothly. It’s great to have you back ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’ž
CG, I’m fine , just telling it like it is with regard to our disastrous health service. I’m really looking forward to next week spending time with our two girls and watching the graduation. Then off to France for two weeks, brilliant! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿท๐Ÿพ

Another 700g loss for the week. Still hovering around 80cm for my waist but this is the last place I am losing the fat. During June I tried to reintroduce some of the foods that I have ommitted but my body does not like them at all. Everything came to a screeching halt so now I have gone back to the plan that has worked for me. I do not snack and only eat when I feel hungry. I do have some snack foods that are for unexpected guests these I have put into a black plastic box and store them in another room. I just don’t like the taste of them anymore. However chocolate is a different matter. This is something I cannot keep in the house. No wont power at all. All my fat clothes have now been given away no going back. A very liberating experience especially with some of the emotional baggage with some of them.

My yard is a wilderness as I have had my mower at the mechanics getting fixed still not home. When I complain they say the farmers tractors are more important. Really annoyed at the attitude of the tradies. Rang them and they will get back to me. A fortnight ago, still waiting. I have some problems with the grubs so I have spray with some chilli spray. The brassicas take about 4 months here to mature seeming to grow fastest at the end. We had another good downpour this week they are now coming weekly which is good for the new plantings. In between we have had some white frosts. The only benefit of these is that you can get out into the garden to enjoy the sunshine. I can now store my pumpkins in the shed as they have been sweetened by the frosts. (They will keep longer as well) My wet day project is to cut poly pipe to length and reinstate the watering system to the vegetable garden that was burnt on Black Saturday.

    Hi everyone.
Good on you GL502! Sounds like you have this well under control.

welcome back SJ. Yes, 5/2 will sort you out for sure.

I am in Greece. My husband brought the scales with us which I was unaware of until he produced them! I am up a little. So hard in restaurants but trying to make healthy choices.

We have had to change our plans at great expense to me as the university will not allow staff to go through Istanbul which we were due to do on Wednesday. There were 4 flights involved between Greece and China as my husband has to speak in Greece one day and China the next, so it was rush, rush. I was still prepared to do that but my husband won’t hear of it and quite rightly thinks that I would get too anxious on my own so we are now going through Vienna and Korea. This trip has been unusually fraught with issues and I am looking forward to being at home again. Greece is lovely and Milan was beautiful but there are always reminders of our uncertain world where it is like security at the airport just to see a church!

I much prefer the world of Beatrix Potter!
Will watch the election results as best we can with interest.

Hi up, how sad the world has come to this, but see the positve in it if you can, going to countries you didn’t expect to see. What a thoughtful husband you have, you are very lucky, and the scales are the last thing I would be thinking about with such interesting food to try all around you Cuddles โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’•xxxx

    Hi all!
Woohoo GL, you’re really kicking ass! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘ How annoying about not getting your mower repaired, it’s so easy for the grass to get out of hand but you have everything else in order, well done! Chocolate is my big downfall and weakness too but I’m slowly beating the snacking demons and it’s making a big difference. I know losing fat from the waist and central organs was a point that Dr Moseley found worked for him on 5:2, so I’m sure you’ll get there. Have you been looking at your waist to height ratio…. I know that’s measured on the tracker here and is a good way to see progress no matter how small.
UP, I feel for you with all the upheaval to your travel plans. However, safety comes first and hopefully, you will have some peace of mind knowing that you are both taking every precaution. Try to let OH take the strain and concentrate on distracting yourself with people watching (always fascinating at airports) or window shopping…… I love the opportunity to try very expensive perfumes and cosmetics in the duty free shops! Wishing you all the best for the rest of your journey. ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’•
CG, hope you got a good night’s sleep in your suit of armour! Thankfully, the weather has been cool so you probably feel snug and cosy, not suffocated, at night. I’ve been taking ibuprofen each night as I go to bed and it’s really helped ease the pain in my ribs so I can sleep well.
My weigh in shows me back to where I was last week, so that’s good. I’m doing a semi fast today because I’m going out for a meal this evening for a girlie night out…..yippee! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’•

GL you are doing so well, you are our silent achiever๐Ÿ˜Š It’s a pain when mechanics treat women like that, ask around to see if a mobile mechanic is in the area. I got onto one, who was fast and soooo much cheaper, good luck ๐Ÿ˜‰
    Fit have a ball with the girls and at least you are holding your own with the scales. Yes I did get a better nights sleep with the new thingy but had trouble getting some room in bed as Rocky gets very cuddly on the cold nights, even with his jammies on๐Ÿ˜Chocky is my downfall too, especially in winter, but on a positive note….I read this the other day;
“Chocolate comes from cocoa which is a tree, that makes it a plant, so really, we are eating a salad”!!!๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’—xxxxxxxx

    Oh I like that way of thinking (WOT, lol) CG, chocolate is a saladโ˜บ๏ธ – I can talk myself into so many things, butter is great, nuts are great, red wine is great, good times with friends and family are great (yes, they really areโ™ฅ๏ธ) …and soon jade is on “my 600-lb life”! Ha ha! I guess that’s the whole reason IF works – a little darkness before the dawn๐ŸŒ„๐Ÿ˜‰ Until then, let’s call snuggling with puppies a bit of cardio, shall we?{{๐Ÿถ๐Ÿถ}}

GL, great tip about pepper to chase off the grubs – they demolished my lettuces but I may try again this season. And well done on your steady losses!

Up, I am so relieved at your change in plans, God love your OH for taking the best course. That money will be well spent! And congrats on such a minimal gain, gosh all our travelers and traveler-hosts are doing such a fine job of maintaining- fantastic!๐ŸŽ‰ Practice makes perfect, and heaven knows we’ve had a lot of practice!!

SJ, I know you’re happy to be home, with so many lovely memories to keep you smiling for months! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’• Those kids are darling, so full of smiles, very contagious eh?โ˜บ๏ธ You’ll need a good long nap to recuperate from all that travel – hope the leg is better, too๐Ÿ’ชโ™ฅ๏ธ

How’d the election turn out down under? Surely you can’t have the same sort of nutcases running for office as we do. Fit, I second your opinion of politicians. I can’t wait for our election to be over, it’s mind numbing to hear the orange one and all the reaction to him. My hope is that sanity will prevail.๐Ÿ™„ Whenever I think the world can’t get any worse, though, it seems to get worse.๐Ÿ˜ž

Fit, I wish you patience in dealing with the docs, it is so frustrating and also filled with human error.๐Ÿ˜ก No getting around that with humans, is there – lots of worse things besides negligence going on sometimes. Today we’re having a spot of Irish weather, rainy and a high temp around 22C, a third cooler than last week. Wish it had been raining last night at 1 a.m. when doofuses were lighting M80s around the neighborhood. Poor dogs did not like that at ALL. Lazy day here otherwise, I may take one of those nana naps – gathering with 2 Ds tonight for potluck, so I’ll try to take it easy at the food trough until then๐Ÿ˜‹ Good to know that a mini-fast helps in some small way. I seem to find the cliff of no return around 4 p.m., someone please send a parachute!๐Ÿ˜ฎ Cheers and hugs to all, whatever you’re up to this weekendโ™ฅ๏ธ xxxx ps PH best wishes for a successful clean-out sale๐Ÿค‘!

Jade, don’t get me started on human error! One of my sister’s carers was going to give her her morning tablets because she couldn’t find her night times ones…..as if they were interchangeable! Another carer didn’t bother to change her medical patch this morning because she thought she’d leave it for the lunch time carer to do, even though it’s part of her morning meds! Grrrr! It’s just impossible to find people who will do their job diligently and carefully. Sorry for the rant, but I’m just at the end my tether!
Hope things have quietened down and that your poor pups have some peace and quiet at last. Did you have a nice time with your daughters? Best of luck with fasting or semi fasting. I had a three course meal this evening with lots of wine followed by chocolates! ๐Ÿ˜ณ I enjoyed every mouthful! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Hi all. Such a lot to catch up on since I last posted. Everyone seems to be going well.
UP. Keep up the positive thinking and hang loose and let OH look after you..such a heavy schedule of lectures he seems to have. You are doing great ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•.
Fit.. Hope your sister is OK . Our health systems are the same most places when making sure patients eat enough. No one seems to care if you eat your meal or not..just plonked in front of you and then collected with no intervention in the middle. We always made sure that, one of my brothers or myself visited my mum for at least one mealtime a day to make sure she had at least one decent meal.

CG. Great idea about the Lycra ..sounds like you are going well. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•
Jade sounds like our house. OH has his own room and so do I, we both have queen beds and so bed hopping made easy ,works perfectly. ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜.

SJ. Welcome home. You will be quite flat ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’for a while I expect and missing your family on one hand, but very glad to be home on the other๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—Looking forward to future posts.๐Ÿ’ž

Well what a weekend. Yesterday was one very full day. Have an extremely successful day, we have sold all the major items and most of the rest. I could not believe it. We had at least 6 or 7 car loads of people all day long and the stuff just walked out the doors of the shed. Our Hall stall that I worked on in the morning at the election venue was a roaring success and great way of advertising our sale also. I actually sold the tractor to someone who was buying raffle tickets and did not know th sale was on. Sent them up to see OH and then they came back to tell me they had bought it!! Unbelievable. Our son and D and DIL and little Joel were amazing. Joel had the time of his life . We are still going today and close up shop at 12 noon.

Then of course we had the election results to watch last night. Talk about a closely contested election. Appears the whole exercise of the double dissolution and long campaign were all a waste of time as it is presently looking like a hung parliament is possible once again with a handful of independents with the balance of power, along with the greens. and whoever eventually wins will have the same type of Senate setup as before. What a waste of time and money!! It seems like the whole world is rebelling against the major parties… We now have a senator who thinks like Donald Trump..interesting times ahead..however I still think we are more stable than most countries so all not bad.

Better go and take some refreshments up to the troops. Talk to you all soon. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

Good morning team, brilliant sunshine with quite a bit of warmth in it at the moment. The breeze is still very cold so no shorts quite yet! I rebelled last night after an hour in bed, and got up and peeled off my corset! Oh the relief, and slept like a baby. I don’t see any signs of fluid left and it’s only two and a bit weeks to go, so think I might have “free” nights in the future. My skin is itching with loose skin cells and driving me mad! One has to take charge of their own situation…..right?
PH congrats for a wonderful sale๐Ÿ˜Š What a fresh breath of air to be rid of so much stuff, and a fresh start with things you use and need left to take to your new abode once found๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿทas long as o/h doesn’t start collecting again!
Fit how frustrating! All human error…..and stupidity! The care routine must be written out for each shift and followed to the letter….no changes…..that’s what it is there for……….unless first consulted with their office! Teething problems with new staff who think they know better can be expected, but they MUST follow the intructions. You poor darling, I’m so glad you let your hair down with the three course and lots of yummy, well deserved wineโ˜บ๏ธ Are your ribs still giving you pain?
Jade, I certainly enjoyed the description of chocolate, we can convince ourselves so easily to suit our needs can’t we. Fireworks are banned here, and rightfully so, idiots spoilt it for everyone of course, but animals are the one to suffer most. May the peace reign โ˜บ๏ธ
Well as PH said, still no absolute winner with the election. Doesn’t that send a message to them? Sitting in their ivory towers away from the regular gut just isn’t working any longer. Life isn’t easy for most unless money is no issue, and that’s rare, plus voters are more interested and aware of world issues, climate change, safety, and complacentcy by the big powers isn’t acepted any longer๐Ÿ˜‰ So another long week ahead with final counting and a poseible re-vote๐Ÿ˜ฑ
Suejen, I hope you had a lovely nights sleep, back in your own bed, after such an awfully long treck home. I also hope you found your home in ship shape as you left it๐Ÿ˜Š
Shower time, back into the armour! Lazy day planned, maybe a few small drawers pulled out and tidied in front of telly/movie no matter what I plan, it doesn’t seem to happen, but I’m easy and will just go with the flow. Enjoy life team, it beats the alternative!๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’—xxxxxx

    Hi team, I just did a tapemeasure check, long time since the last, and if this doesn’t give incentive to any “grazers” out there, I don’t know what wiil;
    Weight 100k down to 70k
    Bust. 120.0cm down to 101.0
    Waist 116.1 down to 90.0
    Hips 116.1 down to 94.0
    Neck 39.9 down to 33cm
Happy fasting team, results are the same as before the TT as the roll was between the navel and you know what!๐Ÿ˜‰xxxxxxx

Hi all. Well done, CG. Brilliant!

Fit, sorry to hear of your worries with your sister, they seem endless.

PH, we have been watching the election with interest here too, over the computer but it seems we are yet to get a result. Great sale results.

    Jade, thanks for your thoughts.

Hi, I’m not from Australia, but I hope it’s ok if I join you here. I met Countrygal on the meal plan thread. I’m from Canada and very few people here know about 5:2. I lost 3.6 lbs in my first week! So I’m feeling very motivated to continue. Nice to meet you all!

Hi strawberrybreeze, and we will shorten that in true Aussie style to SB๐Ÿ˜Š We have members in Ireland and the US who should be online too, Jade and Fit so you will meet them too. Others are away, time of year, but welcome aboard. Please ask any questions as we go along and one of us will help youโ˜บ๏ธ Enjoy your day and read back from page 1 for a while to see how we started and to pick up some hints ๐Ÿ˜‰xxx

Hi there SB and welcome to this thread and this way of life (wol). We don’t call it a diet because of the negativity that traditionally surrounds diets and people feeling they have failed if they lapsed or had a bad day. With 5:2, if you stuff up, then you just fast another day instead. You can move things around to suit your social life or special occasions, it’s very flexible. That’s a brilliant loss to start with, well done! Best of luck for continuing success. Don’t forget to take your measurements too because sometimes you will have a loss there that doesn’t show up on the scales. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Hey there Aussies native and honorary, I see there’s a new one of the latter – welcome Strawberry (SB), hmm now I want a cool fruity drink for some reason๐Ÿค” I’m the US rep, nice to see another North American๐Ÿ˜Ž. I promise we are trying to behave down here, all news reports aside. When I first joined this thread, I did just what CG suggested to you, read quite a bit from the beginning – oh such strong, funny, lovely women! I feel lucky to have found themโ™ฅ๏ธ

We did have a lovely time with the Ds down in the city last night. It had been a monsoon kind of day, and I felt like baking, so my braided bread and choc chip sandwich cookies were a hit. Maybe it’s the southern in me, but I just can’t show up without various food offerings.๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿž๐Ÿท. And the new 5:2 me tries to give most of these things to others! Don’t think I didn’t get my share though๐Ÿ˜‰ – just to make sure they tasted OK, of course.

CG, talk about a testament to 5:2, WOW what a change you have made. Huge congrats๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ†!! So pleased for you – and the shiny new bod will soon be shed of its corset! You’re a strong one to resist shedding it for this long๐Ÿ(that’s meant to be a boa constrictor๐Ÿ˜‚). Agree with all your comments about the elections, it is a different class – the powerful – that run things and how quickly they can forget what it was like to have none.

Up, I love the photos you posted, Greece looks gorgeous! As do you – and your OH is a nice bit of scenery too๐Ÿ˜‰โ™ฅ๏ธ- safe travels onward๐Ÿ™

PH, yay for a successful sale!! Wow you must have priced those things just right, sounds like the “it” place to shop in your area. I have a set of electric hair curlers too – saving them for what, 30 years now? Ha. Guess I have a a touch of you-never-know-itis. Anyway, your sale has been a win win for all. And now to make plans for a lovely new home?๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

Fit, the same is true here of carers for those with mental issues, and it’s even worse for the elderly, it’s as though they will die soon anyway so who cares. As if the afflicted have no feelings, not to mention their family. I’m so proud of youngest D for wanting to work with people whose mental problems can’t be cured. Even then, love and compassion can ease the pain. Carers forget sometimes that even if the patient seems unaware, the family benefits so much just from knowing someone else cares. That’s how we felt when my MIL was in her final coma and one of her nurses gave her a manicure, because “she’d like her nails pretty.” Brought the whole family to tears. In fact I’m about to blubber again right now…..๐Ÿ’ฆ

After last night’s feast, I am going to try my alphabet approach again, starting with Plan A = FD. I forgot what plan B was, maybe that’s just as well! I’m feeling remarkably not insane despite the treats last night. I’ll report in later on my progress – have a wonderful day๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ”†๐Ÿ˜jadexxx

Jade, what a lovely story about your mil’s carer. No wonder such kindness brought a tear to the eye. My sister’s carers are mostly very nice and kind too but can be a bit careless about their duties, so we have to constantly check up on them. Now, however, we have a far bigger problem because my sister has become quite delusional. So we’ve decided to contact the psychiatrist tomorrow and see if he’ll readmit her as an emergency. I’m leaving on Wednesday so I’m hoping things are sorted by then or I might not go to France at all….it’s a mess.
On a happier note, I watched my niece, who has Down’s Syndrome, swim 1600 metres today in just over 30 minutes. She will be representing Ireland in the European DS games in Florence in two weeks! I’m so proud of her ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’•
Best of luck for the week ahead to all and happy 4th to you Jade! So glad you had a lovely time with your girls. Thank god I can’t bake, I’d be the size of an elephant! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜

Morning Fit, oh what a worry for you, things seem to go from bad to worse with your sister. Surely they will work things out before you are due to leave. Having a life of your own is so important but such a difficult request for you. Is she a danger to herself or others? Get onto them as early as possible, and annoy the bejesus out of them! How lovely for your nieceโ˜บ๏ธ And a very proud moment for you all. Wow, and on to Florence too, I guess a lot of the family will be going as support to cheer her on too๐Ÿ˜Š
I doubt you’d ever be the size of an elephant, you are too experienced with 5:2 to ever allow that to happen, and our tummy can only hold so muchโ˜บ๏ธ fortunately! How are your ribs? Will you get time to relax and just chill out once in France?
    Oh yeah, happy 4th Jade๐Ÿ˜œ
    Cuddles team xxxx

Morning CG – you’ve been busy entertaining me on facebook๐Ÿ˜‚ – hope the Lycra gave you another good night’s sleep?

Oh goodness, Fit, I hope they’ll take better care of your sis this time! The poor dear, and you too who have to worry about her. I hope it doesn’t scuttle your plans for France. But hey, how fantastic about your niece!๐Ÿ…๐ŸŠ๐ŸŽ–wow I don’t think I could swim for 30 whole minutes, much less go 1600 meters. She is awesome! I hope they all have fun in Florence, what an honorโ™ฅ๏ธxxx

Well it wasn’t a Plan A day but maybe B/C, there has been some aspect of self-control to my day AND I took the pups for a long walk. Good thing I left the bread and cookies at D’s house last nightโ˜บ๏ธ Just lounging in front of the tv and hoping my fireworks-obsessed neighbors will run out of things to explode soon๐Ÿ’ฃ๐Ÿ™‰ xxxxxxx

    Ha, thanks Jade!

I wasn’t laughing when my favourite dress split at a seam yesterday. My husband finally got a day off and we hired a car and drove down the coast. Of course, that is when it happened so I had to buy a cheap each wrap thing to cover myself when sitting for a coffee or lunch!

To be fair, it was the same dress that I had been going to bring to our WTF reunion but I had accidentally shrunk it. Somehow, I managed to be able to wear it again but only just. Eat your way around the world and that is what happens!

Hi to all and welcome to Strawberry!

Hi all. Very stressful day yesterday waiting for the hospital to admit my sister. Finally they said they can’t take take her until today……we hope! So, I’m trying to get the last of my prep done for going away but will have to drop everything and run when the hospital calls. Meanwhile, she is agitated and delusional. It’s a nightmare. Not sure how much I’ll be able to keep in touch once I leave tomorrow but all the action seems to be on FB anyway.
Best of luck to everyone ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜€

Hi Fit, I do hope it is all resolved before you leave for France ๐Ÿ˜Š FB doesn’t have any more chatter than here, so don’t worry dear friend, I for one are not leaving you๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’— Very wet here, big thunder storms, lovely actually, I love it…..unless I have to be out in it๐Ÿ˜ And it never seems as cold when it’s raining because no frosts around to drop the temp. I feel like I have flu symptoms, quite chesty, dry cough, and fighting for energy………just want to lie around….. I’m seeing my doctor tomorrow to see if I need more draining (which I doubt) so will ask him what I have. Fit please let us know the out come with your sister, and safe trip to you ๐Ÿ’•xxxxx

Fit, I feel for you, things sound really difficult.

No , FB hasn’t taken over here. A few people have “friended” me so they can see the snaps I put up of my trip. I am not putting anything much on the FB page for our group, only 1 joke. Pretty much everyone seems to be missing in action these days.

Ah Fit, I’m so sorry about the stress, hope things work out today to get your sis admitted. I do understand that stress after our scuttled plans, it just makes an unpleasant situation worse. Sending you lots of love๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š And no, FB hasn’t taken over, though it’s easier for posting photos and jokes/memes. Not much chatter, though, that’s all still here. Don’t worry, we’ll chatter with you wherever we can find you! โ™ฅ๏ธ

Oh Up, it’s not funny but it really is, the dress splitting and having to purchase a wrap. Seriously who hasn’t been there – I’ve had it happen in court more than once๐Ÿ˜ณand now I always carry safety pins๐Ÿ˜‰. Glad it was on a day off and not at some fancy reception!

Oh dear CG, the flu? I hate to think of you coughing with the still-tender midsection. Better wear the Lycra AND the corset in case of sneezing๐Ÿ˜•. Hope the doc can help lessen the symptoms.โ™ฅ๏ธ Some nice warm soup or stew should be on your menu.๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿ˜‹

Nothing new here, just puttering today. Our big Independence Day is done, lots of fireworks around town but pretty mild compared to reports from the city. I love living in a small town๐Ÿ˜We had the cutest parade, the kids dressed up, and there were county firetrucks with sirens going and farmers on their tractors and antique cars, all crawling down our Main Street, which is all of about 3 blocks. Our sweet young dog-sitter neighbor was dressed up as the Statue of Liberty๐Ÿ—ฝ

Fit, do let us know how things go – fingers crossed for you๐Ÿ’•xxx

Thanks guys, you’re all such lovely, caring people. Finally got my sister admitted late this afternoon. Of course, she wasn’t displaying any symptoms of hallucinating or delusions….. I think they’ll be admitting my other sis and me instead! Oh well, I’m going to put her out of my mind until the graduation is over at least, so OH, the girls and I can have a brilliant time together. Vive la France! ๐Ÿท๐Ÿพโ˜•๏ธ๐Ÿน๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‡๐ŸŠ๐Ÿ–โ˜€๏ธ

    Hi gals (and guys?)

It’s been over a year and I’ve rollercoastered in life, changed jobs a few times. But managed to keep my fasting going at maintenance (little blimp when I got dumped in March) bit still hovering around 60-61kg with my 1m64. So a year of maintenance. One more and I’ve beaten the statistics!

With Eurosong, I’ve been thinking about you Aussies and how I kind of miss you gals. And then I had a conversation about Hollie Hobby and thought of you, CG. I’m glad to see you’re still on here, supporting everyone!

How have you gals been? Hope you still remember me.

Oh that’s just brilliant, Fit! Vive la France and vive l’hopital! No doubt you feel you could be admitted, too – but now you can relax a bit on your trip!

Hey there Flemish, I remember you but just from reading the “archives” after joining this merry group in December. Nicely done on the maintenance๐Ÿ’ชdespite the bumps and curves of life, boy can they get in the way of health…. Do share your secrets of maintaining๐Ÿค”I am still attempting to impersonate a normal person. A normal, fasting person today. ๐Ÿ‡

Also trying to impersonate a teacher, at the moment. Back to my papers๐Ÿ˜˜xx

I actually feel better around 59k so I’m trying to get back to that but it’s not that important.

I lost weight on diet alone and now discovering the joys of sports.

I just keep going no matter how much flack the people at work give me. I don’t count calories on fast days anymore because I know it in the back of my head. And keep reminding myself I need to keep the sugary stuff limited because that’s what got me to slip back a little.

I basically do the same I did losing weight just a little less strict and keep reminding myself I won’t get the high of weigh-ins where I lose anything. I’ve been replacing weight goa’s with fitness goals to make up for it. It works for me.

I’m so curious about all of you.

Wow, Flemish, it has been ages! Good on you! It can be tricky maintaining or losing through life changes. I have put 4 of my original 13 kg loss back on because I have travelled a lot and didn’t fast much. Even now I am in Greece, with so many temptations!

I go to China tomorrow, there is a typhoon due to hit on Saturday. Good grief, what next, ladies?

Don’t worry Fit, if they admit you, you will get a well earned rest!;-)

CG, I hope you don’t get too sick, that is all you need!

Jade, I think you are doing just fine!

Hi team and woohoo, welcome back FC ๐Ÿ˜‰ And it IS ages since we’ve seen you. You are doing exceptionally well following this way of life haven’t you. Congratulations ๐Ÿ‘ A lot of the team you remember are still around, but don’t post as often these days. I’m sure they will be back rebooting their enthuiasm when the weather begins to fine up again or their body starts to rebel about being away from 5:2 ๐Ÿ˜‰ We have all found it’s the support we give each other here that keeps us on track……..but you are the exception ๐Ÿ˜‰ I’m not fasting and haven’t for a few months but will start back in a month or two. I’m still holding around 70k and content to stay there but come summer if I drop another 4-5 it would be a bonus๐Ÿ˜‰
Fit isn’t that typical of all things in life. Fancy your sister showing no signs when you got her there. I’m sure the reactions will start to show soon, she wont be able to hide them for long.
I’m still coughing, starting to get some production, but know it will run its course no matter what I do. Just rest, which is all I want to do anyway, my handyman is coming back today to finish some chores but I’d rather be alone in my own misery!๐Ÿ˜ Oh well, time to soldier on, doubt the doctor can offer much so will treat myself with common sense and stay warm โ˜บ๏ธ
Have a great day/evening team afford yourself some me time, you deserve it ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’•cuddles xxxxx

Hi all. The clean out queen has finally got enough strength to post. Can’t remember when I posted last , think it was Sunday. Anyway we had another good day on Sunday getting rid of things and just fell in a heap at the end of the day. Went to the pool Monday morning for my exercise and when I got home the troops were here again and sorting everything into piles. One for the dump, one for Coffs City Mission and what was left of OH,s special tools for a car boot sale at the end of the month…I can’t keep up with them. ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”. Anyway Tuesday my back decided to throw it in and spent the day with painkillers and hot packs. Told the troops to just stay home and have a rest and let OH and I recouperate. Which we before we could get out of bed this morning they were back for the second flush Once more through each room of the house and studio and the garage, and the shed before the final trips to the dump with a borrowed trailer. . So today 2 more trips to the dump and Coffs City Mission came with a truck and picked up a lot of stuff. Hopefully that is all the big stuff gone and they tell us we can have another rest tomorrow before the final sweep through everything. It is amazing what else you find you can do without even the third time around. Our aim is to just have one of each tool and just enough stuff to store in a small garage. From a double fire shed and a double garage which were chockers. Almost made it, boy did we have some camping gear. Coffs city mission were very pleased. And that was after we sold heaps of stuff. How good it feels๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜‡๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒ. Just loving it.
So now maybe I can get my life back to normal and start some fasting again. Have not been to bridge since the family arrived and so looking forward to going tomorrow.

Fit. Great about your sister….time for some celebrating with your lovely daughters and the. Off to France!! Enjoy my friend๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿท๐Ÿท๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง€

Jade . I too could not help having a chuckle ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒat the thought of UP and her delima with the splitting seam. I remember the elastic breaking in my bikini when I was water skiing. Then one hand on the water skis and one on the bikini bottom. yes I was once small enough to wear bikini!!! Anyway UP good save with the wrap. Hope you are enjoying China.

CG. What a bummer, coughing must be very painful. Hang in there and keep warm. Great measurements bu the way. One day I will get there also. That is when I get off my but and start being good once again.

FC. My memory must be taking a day off as I don’t remember you but what a great story. Keeping trim and fit. Great inspiration.

Welcome SB. I have my Canadian family home with me this very moment. Home for your long summer break. My son was living in Ottawa and was teaching in Quebec so decided to move across. His partner is Canadian as is our little grandson.. So enjoying having them home for a visit. We have been across three times so far and your country is very beautiful as are the people. ..

That all for now folks. Hope to get back to regular posting now….๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

    Hi all!
Flemmy! You’re back! It’s brilliant to see you here again! You were a real regular when I first started posting and because you were closer geographically, I always felt there was someone to keep me company while all those Aussie beauties were asleep ๐Ÿ˜ด You have been doing fantastically well after more than a year, well done! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘ Those are very healthy statistics at the moment, so any further loss will be a bonus but not really necessary. I’m sorry to hear about your personal troubles and that people at work haven’t been very supportive. It’s amazing how often that happens….it’s just ignorance and jealousy, I reckon. However, you have risen above all that and you have this way of life all worked out, so keep it up! I’ve been a bit up and down with weight and personal issues but loving the gang here and all the support and laughs, which keep me going.
Jade, I’m sure you’re glad that all those stupid explosions are over for another year! Hey, don’t you dare try to be normal…..we love you just the way you are! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜ƒ More papers, seriously??!! Strangest holiday I’ve ever heard of! If I see you with any stuffed in your bag when you get to Dublin, I’m going to throw them into the Liffey! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’ž
Up, I have to admit your story of the split dress gave me a smile, but hey, at least you fitted into it for a short while at least! There’s always a silver lining! I can think of better ways to get a rest than in a mental hospital…..thank god I’m half way across the Irish Sea now and we’ll be in the UK in a couple of hours. OMG, a typhoon! Hopefully, it stays well away from wherever you are. Safe travels, dear friend ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’ž
CG, so sorry to hear you’re still under the weather. Your immune system is probably not as effective as usual, so stay warm and cosy as much as you can and avoid public areas where there are lots of bugs and infections to be picked up.
I’m already feeling like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders just getting my sister into hospital, especially for the sake of my other sis while I’m away. I’m so looking forward to the graduation and I’m bursting with curiosity to see the renovations to the house in France. I hope you’re all cheering for Andy Murray at Wimbledon (sorry to say I couldn’t support Kygrios, he needs some manners). Also looking forward to how the Williams sisters do, they’re just amazing!
I’ll do my best to check in when I can. Farewell, my lovelies, for now ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’ž
