Hmm 3 wines a day. So I’m not drinking enough hey, Fit? π
PH I am in Taringa.

π oh hi everyone – overnight storms woke me early today…I may need to have some of that free-flowing wine later- or a nana nap. But the house cleaner is coming this morning, you all know what that means, must clean the house before she gets here.πͺ AND have another fun phone call with AerLingus. And handle a speeding ticket for a friend. Maybe the cleaning girl will help me polish my haloπ
PH I’m glad to hear you’re home safe and sound, though I sympathize with your OH, mine has a few issues that usually land me in the driver’s seat as well. We run a completely socialist household π and I’m grateful we balance each other out as well as we do. There, that was my diplomatic sideπ I’ve been known to voice other opinions about the needs vs. abilities thingπ£π
Fit, I’ve already reorganized a drawer full of shirts and jogging stuff and I LOVE it. I can see everything! How amazing – thank you for sharing the idea. Found a few things to toss but most are back in there. Wow, I’m so happy to have a system. Wonder if I can convince OH…who has still stored many crates from his mom’s apt upstairs. Wish there was an easy system for going through those….CG sez nothing is impossible! But it’s more likely that George Clooney and Richard Gere will show up to sort them than OH.
Those spinach ideas sound so good! I’ve made it just steaming or wilting with a bit of olive oil and adding soft cheese like laughing cow or Boursin, which melts into it easily. So yummy with steak or fish. Wish I’d had that last night instead of bbq chicken – something about smoked meats and low-carb just doesn’t ring my bell the right way. Ah, such a delicate little princess…π OH would say “better take that pea out from under her mattress.”
However, the lower carb is helping, in a way. There is nothing really fun to snack on between meals. Kind of an indictment of low-carb i.e. “Not Fun” but if it kicks my sugar habit, I’ll keep it up for a while. Ho hum, off to reorganize another drawer and tidy up the place. Cheers lovely Aussies! (Fit, I include us honorary Aussies in that group π) π·ππ jade xxx
Hey that’s great Jade, that you’ve begun the tidying too….did you remember to thank the items you were throwing out? Your halo must be a blinding light on the horizon by now, so I’ll go look to the west when I’m finished here! β¨ππ₯
PH, I’m about to try your idea for the spinach because I love red onion and I happen to have feta cheese in the fridge…..hope I get it right!
Oh dear, Fit…thank the items? Oops, that must’ve been on page 2. I hope it suffices to say thanks by the trash can – into which the vacuum dustbin was emptied numerous times, Oh great, now I’ll be haunted by my old t-shirts. Ha, even my cleaning lady couldn’t believe my newly organized bathroom closet. So nice when someone notices a change, even such a small one. All my chores are done except calling the airline, can’t wait to hear Irish polka music or whatever they play while people linger on hold. π All right off I go into battle!!π§π xx
I’m afraid you’re doomed now Jade…..very bad karma awaits you, unless of course, Tannouie intercedes on your behalf…I’ll see what I can do! π Enjoy the diddly-eye music….that’s a technical Irish music term, of course! Best of luck!
BTW, enjoyed my spinach…..mostly because all I could taste was the red onion and feta! πππ
Hi all. Been to bridge and now just resting my back after my big week. Pleased you liked the spinach Fit. I’m interested in this new way of tidying cupboards. Is there a special instruction site that I should go to. My drawers need tidying up big time and it seems that there is a way you can see everything in them? Can someone please advise.
UP you certainly go to a lot of trouble attending to your tidying…purchasing an airline ticket for an excess catππΏπ±ππ? Impressedππ. I had a friend I used to visit regularly in Indooroopilly, youngest son went to Uni of Queensland, so know the area. Lovely spot.
My cleaning lady came while we were in Brisbane, bless her, as we have visitors arriving this afternoon and so to come home to a spotless house was heaven. π€ππ€π€Tidied up for her before I set off on Monday.
OH just arrived home with the groceries so best do my bit and get up and put them away!! Love to all ππ
Hi ladies (and gents?), just a query as I’m still a real newbie. Yesterday was my second fast day for the week and I did fine, but for the first time I felt really hungry by the late afternoon. So much so I did debate selling my youngest child or perhaps my soul for a piece of cake.
After the night’s meal I felt fine. Today I was three hours late having lunch (with nothing since breakfast except half a skinny ‘cinno); even then I only ate because I was supposed to, I didn’t feel hungry at all. Is this sort of thing normal? (Not the selling of children or souls.) π
Yes. Well for me at least its a normal occurrence. Many a time Ive eaten after a fast day not because I was hungry but because it was lunch time or dinner time and that’s what your supposed to do. You will also find that you become satiated a lot sooner and with portion sizes that are a lot smaller.
Hi all!
UP, that’s very impressive tidying indeed….cat flight? That’s what I call extreme tidying! πβοΈ
The tidying system is by a Japanese lady called Marie Kondo, it’s called the konmari method so if you google either her name or the method you will get lots of results and even instructional videos. It’s a revelation!
PH, how lovely to have a cleaning fairy to whizz around while you’re out….heaven! πͺβ¨
Dan, welcome to this thread and this way of life (wol). It’s the best decision you’ll ever make for your health. Some afternoons can be hard but remember sometimes you can be thirsty, not hungry, because we get a lot of hydration from food and if you’re fasting you need to drink extra. So have a big glass of water and find some activity to distract you and the hunger pangs will pass. Best of luck! (And don’t worry about the murderous thoughts….we’ve all been there!ππΏ)
CG, what a brilliant amount of money to raise for such a good cause, well done! Congrats too on fighting the good fight against the ciggies! I know you’ll win that battle too just like you did with that 30kg πͺππ₯ You’re right to choose your battles, so we’re right beside you all the way and you can get back to 5:2 when you’re ready ππ
I can’t believe what a difference it makes to have stopped snacking between meals. I must have been eating my own body weight in snacks, even though it was usually healthy things like fruit or nuts. I’m hoping for a good result on the scales this week…..fingers crossed! I won’t be fasting until Friday because I’m going for lunch with a group of ladies who used to help care for my dad. We call them the A Team, because they were just brilliant during a very difficult and prolonged period of 24/7 care and we now share a bond that will never be broken. So I’ll be weighing in on Saturday, wish me luck! How are the rest of you getting on with the challenge?
Team check this out http://goop.com/the-illustrated-guide-to-the-kondo-mari-method/ re the art of folding – it’s great fun! And now you know how tedious my life can be, but seriously I did enjoy putting my drawers in orderπ – the wooden drawers that is!
Up, flying a cat – that’s just awesome. Hope little thing is going to a sweet home – let me know if they need 2 moreπ¬ Just kidding, we have a house big enough for a dozen and OH would probably have them if I agreed.
Fit, as you know, I succeeded in weathering all the bad music AerLingus could throw at me! God willing I will see you later this year!!π©ππ Do go check out all the great pubs and cafes and tell them to get ready for the yanks!
CG congrats on making such a difference, you dozen who raised the money – doesn’t surprise me at all to hear it turned into a hen fest! You are very much like my dear mil, never met a strangerπ Stay strong with the cigs, have been there and it is a true solo-focus job. Give yourself a lot of patience and love, and we will be heaping more on you from afar. X and thank you for the sweet funny emails, what a lovely way to start my day over here.π
PH we both had our cleaning fairies – aren’t they wonderful? Mine actually figured out how to shoo the ants out of my kitchen. And the house just smells so clean. Best of all, this is my deal with OH, because he’s (ahem) not exactly a full partner in the housekeeping arena, so he pays the cleaner. So odd, many men have no interest in housekeeping, I’ve always enjoyed at least the aspect of tackling a job and being rewarded by the efforts. Rather like the clothes folding thing, he saw that and could not have been less interested in doing it with his own. Instead he played online chess- I’d rather stick pins in my eye.
Oops, sorry Dan, no disrespect intended and welcome! It does get easier, but for me – sugar goddess – it has only gotten significantly easier since I cut down on the starchy carbs and sugar treats. Just try cutting down at first, choose fruit or wholegrain bread instead of stuff made with white flour and infused with sugar. It does help with hunger and cravings.
Better get moving here – perhaps Fit and I can manage a WTF-o/s edition before WTF2!! Aussie determination on full blastπβ₯οΈπxxxxx
The cat is going to my daughter, so a good home.
My cleaning fairy comes tomorrow. I’d lose more weight if I did it myself!
Dan stick with it. Yes it is normal. Go for the protein. Your appetite will decrease and I don’t eat if I’m not hungry.
Most of us have lost a lot of weight with 5/2 and after about 2 weeks it becomes second nature. Truly!
Jade, I forgot to tell you that there’s a fab clothes and gift shop at Tara too, so naturally I bought something…..well, when life gives you lemons (rain), you make lemonade (buy a snazzy raincoat!) π§π
UP, I so admire your strength in saying you don’t eat if you’re not hungry….how I wish I could do that! But then, I wouldn’t be in this mess if I’d been able to do that and then I wouldn’t have made friends like all you amazing ladies! ππππ
Me too Fit – hunger has little to do with my appetite, but I’m getting better!
Tornado sirens all around here today, whew this weather! Glad you were able to snag a snazzy new rain jacket at Taraπ – over here I could’ve used an amphibious car. But home safe and sound now, wondering what to have for FD dinner, probably scrambled eggs and a microscopic portion of roasted sweet potato. I feel as though I burned off a LOT of calories in today’s commute – had to park for a time halfway, because a tornado was crossing the highway I take to get home. πͺπͺ What fun. And SFB was due to get home today, not sure if he did, as planes were diverted.. Maybe they could just take him to Chicago. Forever. π All right, better focus on my own damn self and go start dinner. Happy fasting anyone who’s left on the trainππͺπxxx
Gosh Jade, that sounds very scary and surreal to me. I’m glad you’re home safe and sound. I’m hoping to fast tomorrow but I’ll be going to visit my sister in hospital and I usually end up so depressed or frustrated that I can’t resist some chocolate consolation….eeek! π±π€π· Then on Saturday I have my friend’s house cooling party……double eeek!! π±π±π€π€π·π·
Well guys, today is the second time ever I think, that I have fasted for my 2 days and not lost ANYTHING!
Fit, obviously I was hungry this week all the time!
But actually, I barely ate all day Wednesday but had friends over for pizza. I would have made it a fast day if that wasn’t happening, when I realised I hadn’t eaten. Trust me, I didn’t say that it it happens often!
Never mind, I will keep trying.
Hey Up and Fit, well I finished blazing that trail of frustration yesterday…. after making it home I had one of those “why the hell am I torturing myself” moments, mostly because I was anxious about D. In my defense, there was no chocolate involved. π Mostly because there was none in the house. But Up I think there is value in fasting for 3/4 of the day, or at least that’s the line I’m feeding myself today! Which will not be a FD π
No damage here from yesterday’s winds and hail. I’ll stay home and do a bit of gardening while keeping an eye on my phone. Finally, my grades are all submitted and approved by the dean, so I’m officially done with the semesterπ Aacckk! Nothing to occupy my mind! except to become the ultimate worrier along with OH – can’t let that happen, must get myself to the garden immediately. After another cup of βοΈ perhaps…. Keep on truckin’ π good adviceπͺπππxxx
Well done on all fronts Jade! Although I bet if I fasted for 3/4 of a day, I’ll still manage to eat enough in the other quarter to undo all the good! ππ I hope all is going well for your d and that SFB will soon be a distant memory π¬ I’m fasting today and hoping that will counteract both yesterday’s lunch out and tomorrow’s party…..bit of an ask, isn’t it? π€π
Oh I don’t think that’s too much to ask, Fit – I expect that every weekπ! I am going on the assumption that no news is good news here, because the only thing my phone has done today is this post! Good luck with your fasting π« – I can’t find the horse on this thing so instead I’ll say drink lots of water! πΏ loveβ€οΈjade xxx
Just had my fd meal….steak and veg, followed by an apple for dessert. Drinking lots of water, boss! Also having some green tea to warm up because I always feel cold on fds, especially since the weather is doing a good impression of winter at the moment! But don’t panic, we’re expecting Autumn tomorrow, Spring on Sunday and summer on Monday! πππ
Great work, Fit – I feel partially responsible for your success, as there were very strong winds here that might’ve blown lot of snacks your way, but I intercepted them with my teeth π – you’re welcome!! Not a happy camper day chez moi I’m afraid, but luckily for everyone tomorrow is indeed another day in many respects.π Now you just hang in there till bedtime – I’ll stay on snack interception duty over here! xxx
Oh dear, Jade, that doesn’t sound good! Hoping the sun shines tomorrow in every sense on all the campers close to your heart βοΈπππ Scarlet O’Hara was very wise and fiercely protective of the things and people who meant the world to her….. I think you must be descended from her! Thanks for the snack interception! πͺπππ
Hi all, and welcome Dan. Fast days do get easier the more you do. Have a couple of hard boiled eggs at the ready to have if you really feel hungry in the afternoon and that gets you through to dinner. You are going so well to be able to last till afternoon at this stage of your journey…keep up the great work. β β
Jade can’t imagine how it would be to have to avoid a tornado on the way home from somewhereπ±π±. We are very lucky in the land of OZ that they are very rare. Everyone appears to be going well. Alas I have not fasted this week. It is the first week since I started that I have not done at least one case. It just at there was not a suitable day. Did a couple of almost fasts but with being away from home and having visitors it has been a very full week. Luckily our visitor had just been on a fishing trip and brought us some lovely b ig snappers. (Beautiful deep sea fish) so served the fish with nice salad and smashed potato for dinner. But unfortunately he had a lovely bottle each of white and red wine..πΈπ·πΈπ·πΈπ·.had to be consumed of course… So as a result not game to get on the scales yesterday…chicken aren’t I ..then yesterday we took him on a tour of the area, and ended up having lunch as a beautiful spot at Urunga at a beautiful cafe jutting out over a beautiful river, heavenly meals . He is the father of the mother of our beautiful grandaughter in Tasmania and who’s beach house we get to use in Tasmania. Very good to repay some hospitality. Today we are off to daughters for dinner and sleep over tonight for a BBQ with her best friends family and her parents who we get along famously with so another breakout tonight!! Boy will I have to make it up next week. Can’t believe we are having such a social life…just keeps on keeping on. Oh well, I’ll just have to keep partying I guess until it stops!! Someone has to do,itππππ. Have been keeping up,the snacking challenge though..when I go out for coffee..just have coffee and no cake. And no snacks at home…so at least something achieved.
CG. Sooooo impressed with you giving up the smokes. π€π€π€ That is one great big challenge. I’m so proud of you for making that decision. Good luck and I hope all goes well. If you can maintain through this you will be doing fantastic. Great effort with the fundraising.ππ
Fit. Thinking of you visiting your sisterπππ. You are doing so well with 5.2 so impressed.
UP. Congrats on sticking to two fast days. The kgs will probably not be there next week when you weigh. Maybe still in transit??. πππ
Gyps. Hope your internet is fixed and the results for the leprechaun were OK? Thinking of you and sending hugs (((πππ)))
Time to get up and get going. Talk to you all later ..planing to fast all day till dinner to try and limit the damage..πππππ
PH, life is for living and you are doing the right thing to enjoy every opportunity that comes your way to share good food, great company and delicious wine! How brilliant to be avoiding snacks while all that socialising is going on….I’m sure that will help to limit the damage. ππͺπ Thanks for your kind thoughts and words. My sister was less agitated today so hopefully she accepts that she is in the best place for now to try and address her various complaints. I’ll be weighing in tomorrow….wish me luck! πππ
Mornin’ CG! Thanks for those lovely words. Yes, I’m having lots of me time, don’t worry! I’m going to see my wonderful mil tomorrow and we’re bringing her the photo book that my younger daughter put together and got printed….it’s a compilation of photos of all the family from her grandfather to the latest great grandchildren. It’s really beautiful and I know she will get many hours of pleasure out of it. In the afternoon, we’re popping in for a short visit to my SIL for a bbq and to meet my god daughter’s future parents in law. Then, in the evening, it’s the house cooling party! Phew!! π πππ·πΈπΎπππ€π§π
I finally managed to get back into the FD routine and am nearly back to my weight at the start of the month. My waist still above the 80cm. It refuses to go down. I carry my weight on my stomach. It has been hard switching back to a winter menu again.
With all the rainy weather I have also been cleaning out my clothes drawers and bundling them up to give away. Everything here is waterlogged getting one and a half inches in the last couple of days. I have had to delay some plantings for a day or too. I am fortunate that I am still enjoying my autumn colour. The sun has come out but not expected to get out of the teens so I will try and get some vitamin D while I can.
Hello all from Tassie!
I had great success with fasting last year, being the lightest and healthiest I’ve been in my adult life. Eventually I felt my non fast days were getting unhealthy and that I was using fasting to allow my unhealthy habits. So I stopped, with the aim of being healthier every day. The result? With a few life stressors I’m up 6kg. In addition to this I’ve become focused on what I eat and my self confidence is in my boots. I feel like I can’t get it right.
So, back to fasting with the hope of regaining some confidence and losing the extra weight.
I’m hoping to relearn how to enjoy food, not worry about it.
I’ve not really used forums before, do you find it helpful?
Hi all!
GL, that’s great news about getting back on track so successfully. Well done! Keep persevering. I’m sure you will gradually begin to see results in the tummy area as you slim down overall. I think Dr. M was impressed with the way 5:2 affects fat in that area around the main internal organs and that was one of the most important reasons for following this wol. So stick with it, you are doing brilliantly! πͺπ
IG, great to have you on board! It’s very easy to slip backwards….I’ve done it too and am slowly making my back to this time last year when I reached my goal. Maintenance mode turned into complacency and before I knew it, I was almost back where I started! So I’m finding my way again in the company of these fab people here and feeling good about getting back on track. I’m staying with 5:2 for life! π
CG, hope all’s well with you and your furry friends. πΆπΆπ±ππ
So my weigh in today shows an 800g loss! Woohoo! I’m definitely keeping up the no snacking challenge! ππͺπ
Mornin CG! You’re up late, or is it early? The time difference is amazing. It’s about 9a.m. here, and around midnight for you I think. Better grab an extra blanket and get your beauty sleepπ€
Fit wow well done on the loss – looks like the no-snack pledge is a winner! I’m not going near the scale today, as I was a veritable snacking machine yesterday. Anxious+housebound by rain, bad comboπ No news isn’t always good news, is it! Ah well, eventually I was able to bestow TLC and a bit of this too shall passπ Hope the house cooling is a good time despite the sad circsπ
Hey IG, you’re singing a familiar song. Many of us found 5:2 very successful for a time, I expect because we were following the rules to the letter, especially that tdee part. After a while, the novelty of this new WOL wore off, and I bent the rules, expecting that I was “cured” of my previous issues. Nope! Just gotta stick to the rules and let it work. That said, there are days/weeks when eating right takes a back seat, and that’s OK – just gotta get back on the horse when the time is right. I’m saddling him up again today, I hope! π But if D needs to share a pizza with me, you all know that thing is going DOWN. π΄
Without the support I’ve found here, I’d never have made it though. If you read back through th thread, you’ll see tons of advice along with life stories – we are real people who’ve tackled a problem together. And we’re all a bit wacky and why not share a few gigglesπ
Looks like it’s time for pancakes here, oh holy heaven, better go wire my jaws shutπ¬ Hugs allπxxx
Ha Jade, I think I’ll have to wire my jaws shut tonight too! π Went to visit my mil and of course, had to have a cuppa with her and something nice! She was very frail today, I suppose it’s been a tiring week of visitors and phone calls. She rallied a bit before we left, but it was sad to see how fragile she is becoming and exhausted by the slightest thing. Luckily there wasn’t enough time to pop into my SIL’s bbq, so that’s one temptation avoided! So just the party to negotiate now…..blinkers on! π
Oh I do feel for you there, Fit – very sad to watch the loss of vitality. But I’m sure she gets a kick out of your visits, and those calories are well spent!π I behaved myself here so far, but good heavens the house is stocked up with all D’s favorite foods, she barely ate a thing, and now she’s left me alone with themπ³.
Good luck with the house cooling, I mentioned that concept today and apparently something similar is being planned here for a few weeks down the road. Did my heart good to envision friendship working its magic, I think things are looking up ever so slightly. Enjoy the party and give your friend a big hug {{{ππ}}}xxx
Just back from the house cooling party, it’s heading for 2am here so I thought I’d pretend to be a real Aussie and pop my head in here before going to bed. The party was great fun and I was quite restrained…. I had only three of the ten types of desserts on offer! ππ We met some lovely people and shared jokes, stories and memories….there was no hint of sadness or regret, just turning the page and starting a new chapter. Hope your gorgeous d begins to feel the same way soon too, Jade. Big hugs to her.
UP, I seem to remember that you and I were around the same weight before we both fell off the wagon, so I’m right behind you on that horse! ππ
Great advice and motivation as usual, CG! We are Aussie determination and we can do this! ππͺππππ
Ok, I’m off to bed….night, night,π€π΄
Hi all, just arrived home after a great night with family and friends, playing cards, and generally having a good time. My D cooked a wonderful hot dish with a Cajun flavour and lots of vegetables,a small amount of chicken to go with rice. It was just beautiful and low in calories, if you did not add much rice. Made up for the low cal meal with some high cal white wine followed by scotch and water. πΈπΈπΉπΉ
I actually have a clear 10 days before going to Brisbane to pick up our Canadian family. So that horse will have a lot of ridersπππ. Planning on catching up on some fast days that were missed and recording all I eat during that period on MFP. As well as the no snacking between meals. Hopefully that will get be back on the straight and narrow. We are all getting inspired..π€π€π€
Fit..wahooooooo!! Great loss. Well and truely deserved after the effort you have been putting in. πππππ So glad your sister was OK with where she is. And it is so sad to see someone like your mil becoming less alert. (((ππ)))
Jade. Now that your D is feeling a bit better you will have to have her over to help you eat all of her fav things she could not eat before. Or pack them up and take them to her house!! That would do the trick..and would be an excuse to see her and judge for yourself how she is going. Us mothers have to be devious some times to hand out some loving encouragement ..ππ
CG. You are right about making up for our excesses by watching what we eat between them. That’s what I have been doing recently and so hopeful when I do weigh on Friday this week that all will be well. How are you going with your challenge? Wishing you all the best with it. ππππ
UP. Where are you going next? You certainly have a busy life. im sure you will be back to your lowest weight in time. Especially with your Aussie Determination and our poor horse! π€π€ππ
Gyps , if you are anywhere within range , enjoy the great outdoors and the sunshine on your caravanning adventure. We look forward to your popping in anytime you can and letting us know your OK. ππ βΊοΈ Will you be catching up with Gawd?
Gl. Nice to hear from you and that you are doing well!! Great effort. π€π€
SJ. Great to see your photos of your travels on Facebook. Good on you for not letting your leg stop, you from enjoying your holiday..ππ
Welcome IG. I had never posted on a forum before I joined Aussie Determination, I have found it to be very supportive. You have don’t the program before and so it should be second nature to you. Good luck with getting that weight off again and regaining your self confidence. We’re with you all the wayππ
What part of Tassie are you from?
PH, sounds like you had a brilliant night and your d’s Cajun dish sounds absolutely delicious and healthy….mmm! π I’m really happy with my loss this week and I’m more determined than ever to keep up the non snacking, it really does make a difference. Best of luck with getting back on horse before your visitors arrive! WE CAN DO THIS!πͺπππππππ
Hey team, just a quick hello today – spent the night at the little house with D, her first night with SFB completely out, well almost. Mowed the very hilly yard again so I’m good on the cardio today!
CG thank you so much for the cheers and inspiration, you are the bestβ₯οΈ- I need a mindset retooling, was getting all down and serious and frustrated with myself.
And lol PH you are a woman on the go aren’t you, have fun with your adventures and ride that nag all the way over here would you? .ππ
Up, you’re a healthy food person, aren’t you! Have you always been? It’s fairly new to me. But better late than never, I need all the vitamins I can get now.
Gyps, so happy you get to travel and the leprechaun is doing ok – enjoy whatever potions you’ve packed in that camper.
Oh Fit I’d be arriving in Dublin tomorrow…. π….but I was truly needed here, I can see that now, as this past week has unfolded. It’s been good to dust off the mom cape for a good workout. Lots of tears, but a shoulder to cry them on really helps.π
Hugs to all, a shoutout to GG, Dawg, and anyone I’ve missed – back to mom duty. πxxxx
Aw Jade, you’re a mum in a million! Please cut yourself some slack as you have been holding your little family together for quite some time now. Hold your head high and be proud of how your selflessness and strength has shone through all the s**t life has thrown your way lately. It’s a little disappointing that you’re not over here for our mini WTF but now we have even more time look forward to it, plan what mischief we will get up to, and how we will make it a very memorable and special time. Look after yourself, my dear twin! πππ
Thanks Fit, thought I was fine with it but really feel the heartstrings for Ireland todayπ – Have kept busy redecorating a bit, almost like putting the whole house (all 700 sq ft) thru the car wash. Good for the soulπ Believe it’s time for a π· over here – and almost bedtime for you? Oh wait, you are the 2 a.m. party girl aren’t youππ well party on then! πxxx
