Anyone doing 16:8?

  • Just started it today & it felt good & doable since I knew food wasn’t far off. Trying to stretch my fast as long as possible before lunch & also worked out this morning which felt like it accelerated things as well. Anyone else been doing this version and how has it been going/working for you? I’m mostly looking to drop weight (not bulk up – no thanks!).

    16:8 is simply an every day reduced calorie diet. You just have to eat under your TDEE each day. How much and how fast you lose will depend on how far under your TDEE you are eating.
