Hi this is aiyanct newbie here. Joined last week. Proud to be a part of thefastdiet forum. Basically i am doing online marketting and web designing. I am very much interested on getting tips on health care and i entered with the intention to discuss about health care and health issues. I hope i will share and gather information regarding health issues. Thank you so much thefastdiet forum to have in your community.

Are you doing the 5.2 or is it just for marketing?

Hey Aiyanct, to me it sounds like you’re on the 5:2 and are interested in all the other benefits besides weight loss? In that case, head over to the forum and read along there, there is a lot of discussion going on there.

If you are just here for marketing you’re in the wrong place I think, but that’s not what it immediately sounded like to me 😉
