Adding fast exercise to fast diet.

  • Hi. I have been doing the fast diet for 25 months now, with good success. The women in my family have a history of diabetes type 2, don’t want to go down the same path. Want to add fast exercise to my current regime, regular slow swimming. There is a throw-away line in the Fast Exercise book that maybe the HIT regime doesn’t work for women. I feel dismayed! Any experience from women in their sixties or over? Thanks.
