  • Hi I am on the 5.2 diet and it is going really well ,but I find on my fast days I am bothered with acid in my stomach ,It was a problem I had years ago
    I fast on a Monday and Thursday and eat breakfast and an evening meal I don’t like to eat in between as this would break the fast ?have you and ideas for me

    Peppermint tea works well for me and if you look around you can find one with no calories.i drink it hot or cold and count it as water.

    Love herb teas and have two large herb baskets on my patio. One is full of herbs for cooking. Usually grow spearmint, chamomile,catnip and Valarian in the other…but recently added chocolate mint…smells just like the Andes Thin Mints when crushed. Hoping this will make a nice tea or work blended with others. The blended herb teas are sweet enough that adding honey isn’t necessary…making them a O calorie treat!
