A month in

  • Hi there, I started 5:2 nearly a month ago with a goal to lose some weight – not a huge amount, but maybe 5 or 6 kilos and generally stop the downward spiral. I’m from the UK but currently living in Switzerland.

    So far I have not had great results to be honest – in the first 2 weeks I lost 2.5 kg (that’s 5lbs or so) and then the last 2 weeks I put a kilo back on and now am stuck there. So I joined the forum looking for some tips on getting the scales going down again, off for a surf around now 🙂

    Loss more is dangerous.
