5:2 vs. 16:8

  • Has anyone found any difference re. IGF-1 levels & insulin between the two methods?

    For me there are too many variables to say. I.E. protein intake can have a big effect on IGF and carb intake can affect insulin quite a bit on either plan.

    I think both methods have value and are complimentary. I do 5:2 with water fasts and time restricted eating.
